From my very first contact with Daiana, she answered all of my questions thoughtfully and offered invaluable advice tailored to my hair type and style goals. She guided me through the best product choices to maintain my look, always taking the time to explain everything with kindness and patience. I’m quite particular about my hair color and cut, so I was a bit nervous initially. But Daiana went above and beyond, delivering exactly what I envisioned and boosting my confidence in the process. Moving to Newbury, finding someone I can fully trust with my hair has been a huge relief, and I couldn’t be happier knowing I have Daiana to rely on.
