I visited The Pink Room yesterday for the first time, what a friendly welcome , what a beautiful salon, I felt relaxed straight away. I haven't had a haircut for a while due to allergies and Charlotte was so supportive helping to make it safe for me. Delighted with my haircut - feel soo much better and lighter :) Thank you Charlotte, so lovely to meet you. I will definately be back :)

Charlotte and Verity have been meeting my hair and beauty needs for several years now and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Not only are they knowledgeable, experienced and professional but they are super-friendly and always go the extra mile to make sure their clients are happy. In my opinion, this is their USP! Jo is the most professional caring Hairdresser that I have come across, so much so that I have followed her to various salons, but have always hated making apointments but now Jo has established her own business I actually look forward to having my hair cared for in a lovely environment.

Jo is brilliant, talented, listens to what you want and gives advice if required. The salon is lovely and well equipped I have no hesitation in recommending her .... top haidresser.

I had a wonderful experience here with Jo. This was my first time going to her and she just did the most amazing job at a balayage. I showed her a picture of what I hoped for and she did her best at replicating it. The first time round it wasn’t quite as I imagined, but she got me right back and readjusted things and now I’m 100% happy with it. She also ever so kindly didnt add on anything, which I was very grateful for. I’ve received many compliments for the hair and am myself in love with it. So I’d highly recommend going to her! The salon is also in the cutest cabin, you get a very personalised experience, and you get to meet Jo - who’s lovely :)

I had my lashes done with Kerry who owns the place is passionate about what she does . She made me very comfortable during the process and the lashes turns out great giving me a very natural look . I would highly recommend to go for a lash extension here .

I got my nails done here today for the first time and I am so pleased with them. I got orange French tips and they came out beautifully. It was very relaxed and not rushed. Everyone was super friendly. Normally when I get my nails done elsewhere they aren’t too keen to do them because I am under 16 but there was none of that. They treated me like any other Customer. Thank you.

My second appointment at Turner and Tams today and I'm definitely going back for a third time and regularly from now on. Charlotte has cut my hair twice now and I absolutely love what she has done both times. All the girls at the salon are friendly, welcoming and professional. All of them couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommend! Looking forward to visiting again in the new year!

Turner & Tam are brilliant. I visit for BIAB and fun designs every 3/4 weeks. Both Chelsey and Tasmin are excellent nail techs with great attention to detail. Never disappointed and they always confirm that you’re happy.

Always, always a fab experience at Elite! All the hairdressers are very experienced and creative, put you at ease and really listen to what you would like and are on hand with suggestions if you wish. You'll also have a lovely time whilst you're there. You can keep to the same or tweak/change every time you go and they're on board with expert advice and ideas. I rarely leave reviews but this salon is one of the easiest recommendations to make. The lovely Natalie is who I see...and she's brilliant, but I would in all honesty, happily see any of the other hairdressers if Nat was unavailable. They are ahead with creative techniques, tips, styles and predicted trends...and they've always been spot on. Thanks to all the team and especially Nat. If you're looking for a change give Elite a try...you'll be very pleased with your decision.

I love coming here. The environment is always really welcoming and it's clear that all the stylists know their stuff. It's lovely to see that lots do their training there. I have Nicole and she always sits me down before we start to go through her ideas. I know nothing about hair so she explains the best she can so I understand. She makes professional suggestions. She makes me feel really relaxed and allows me to chill! The rest of the team are always on hand for support. Recently, Nicole and Anna did a fantastic job of washing, blow-drying and curling 6 bridesmaids and myself as the bride the morning of my wedding. Fitted us in and made us all look and feel wonderful.

Had my hair cut by Nicole today (it hadn't been cut for a very long time) and I am very pleased with the results! Nicole gave me tips for my hair type and helped me with face framing to suit my face shape.

I never go to anyone else except Touch and Beauty for all my beauty treatments for the last 2 years. Love going to this place to see the girls, who are so down to earth and they are always happy, really friendly, and professional too. I have tried their signature facials which are so amazing and relaxing. The results are incredible and worth the money. Thanks to Aimee. This time I was quite excited to go for Ombre permanent eyebrows and was not sure, but seriously wanted to try it out. Sophie explained everything (Pros & Cons) and made me feel comfortable. I am so pleased with the results of my eyebrows and all the other treatments I have been undergoing so far. Thanks to Aimee and Sophie for making me appreciate my looks and boosting my confidence.

Friendly staff and have always been happy with the cut. Have seen a review panning the place and the author of the post states that both times she has been there they have butchered her hair. I question the authenticity of the post because I don't know a soul that would go back for a second bite if the experience was so bad the first time around.

I had my hair cut and completely restyled here. I have not been to a hair dresser for 2 years and needless to say, my scraggy locks, completely matted; looked like they belonged on a wild animal than on a person. My stylist and her colleague were both very friendly, welcoming, non judgmental or critical, which despite my embarrassment immediately put me at my ease. I cannot thank them enough!! My stylist, booked me in the following day at short notice and even stayed late, when it became clear of the state of my hair on arrival and I would need two appointments. She listened to what hair style I wanted and made it happen!! Which I never thought was possible. Thank you 😊. I feel like a million dollars and by the way, Nan approves! I would recommend Talking Heads to all my friends and family and will stay a loyal customer for many years to come.

Its a really nice store. You can find anything from creams for your skin, shampoos,wigs and they even offer services like doing braids for 40£ and other stuff where you can easily find in their website. I really appreciate the staff support when I needed help for my dry skin.

I had such an amazing experience today. I went for a Keratin treatment and Jess was absolutely bloody amazing. Made me feel like an absolute Queen. Thank you so much I feel like a new woman! ❤️

Amazing colour done by Lottie. I wanted a bit of a change so she suggested going for a different colour underneath instead of a full head of colour. As she is a trainee she consulted with one of the senior stylists to confirm the colours were OK. Lottie was easy to talk too whilst she was applying my colour and I was offered a cup of tea. She cut and styled my hair as requested checking throughout what I wanted. Senior stylist checked cut at the end. Salon was clean and tidy and stylists were constantly sweeping and cleaning away in-between clients, a lovely, friendly environment. I am so pleased with the result, thank you Lottie.

Had my hair done today 31-03-23 by Carmel who coloured and restyled my terribly overgrown and box dyed hair. She listened to my request and left me with beautifully hi lighted and styled hair, absolutely would recommend this salon, both Carmel and I think Anna were very welcoming and attentive.. thank you so much ! 😊
