Charlotte and Verity have been meeting my hair and beauty needs for several years now and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Not only are they knowledgeable, experienced and professional but they are super-friendly and always go the extra mile to make sure their clients are happy. In my opinion, this is their USP! It is always a pleasure to be pampered at The Pink Room.

Fab salon. Both me and my 4 year old daughter go here and Charlotte is great with our hair! Highly recommend!

I visited The Pink Room yesterday for the first time, what a friendly welcome , what a beautiful salon, I felt relaxed straight away. I haven't had a haircut for a while due to allergies and Charlotte was so supportive helping to make it safe for me. I love coming here. The environment is always really welcoming and it's clear that all the stylists know their stuff. It's lovely to see that lots do their training there. I have Nicole and she always sits me down before we start to go through her ideas. I know nothing about hair so she explains the best she can so I understand. She makes professional suggestions. She makes me feel really relaxed and allows me to chill! The rest of the team are always on hand for support. Recently, Nicole and Anna did a fantastic job of washing, blow-drying and curling 6 bridesmaids and myself as the bride the morning of my wedding. Fitted us in and made us all look and feel wonderful.

Always, always a fab experience at Elite! All the hairdressers are very experienced and creative, put you at ease and really listen to what you would like and are on hand with suggestions if you wish. You'll also have a lovely time whilst you're there. You can keep to the same or tweak/change every time you go and they're on board with expert advice and ideas. I rarely leave reviews but this salon is one of the easiest recommendations to make. The lovely Natalie is who I see...and she's brilliant, but I would in all honesty, happily see any of the other hairdressers if Nat was unavailable. They are ahead with creative techniques, tips, styles and predicted trends...and they've always been spot on. Thanks to all the team and especially Nat. If you're looking for a change give Elite a try...you'll be very pleased with your decision.

Had my hair cut by Nicole today (it hadn't been cut for a very long time) and I am very pleased with the results! Nicole gave me tips for my hair type and helped me with face framing to suit my face shape.

Lo is very good at communicating and really understood the hairstyle I wanted. I am very satisfied with his service. The salon has a stylish and comfortable environment and is absolutely worth recommending.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always hated my hairstyle after a haircut. I never got a haircut to look good—only because I couldn’t stand my hair getting too long. But my perspective completely changed after visiting Tabula. The stylist not only helped me design a new hairstyle, but it also turned out to be the best I’ve had in 25 years. I asked for a style that wouldn’t require hair gel or spray, and he delivered perfectly. Truly amazing—highly recommended!

I had a really lovely facial with Katie. She listened to my concerns, she examined my skin/face and completed a relaxing facial. She was friendly and knowledgeable and I will definitely be back. I've been visiting this hair salon every few months for about a year, and every experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Ren is my go-to stylist, and she always delivers incredible results—she listens carefully to what I want and offers expert advice to ensure my hair looks amazing every time. I’ve also had the pleasure of seeing Izzy and Erin, who are both equally talented. All the staff are so lovely and create such a welcoming atmosphere. The salon itself is a beautiful space— always impeccably clean. I always leave feeling refreshed, and in love with my hair. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Jo is an exceptional hairdresser and colourist. She totally restyled my hair brilliantly and coloured my hair using 3 shades. The atmosphere is really relaxing and the head massage was a lovely touch. A brilliant one to one experience . I would definitely recommend Jo to friends. Thankyou Jo. ☺️👌

Jo is the most professional caring Hairdresser that I have come across, so much so that I have followed her to various salons, but have always hated making apointments but now Jo has established her own business I actually look forward to having my hair cared for in a lovely environment.

I'm now a regular at Beauty Boutique. It's a really lovely little salon and all the ladies are lovely and welcoming. I'm always offered a drink when I come in too, which is a nice touch! I have my acrylics done by Leah and she does a fantastic job. They are so pretty and they last brilliantly. Can't fault them at all! I would recommend to anyone!

It was my first time getting nails/pedicure done and Ellie was so lovely, and all the girls working were just so friendly and the atmosphere was perfect! Came here after my mum recommended it, and I couldn’t be more happy!! The whole team there are so lovely and amazing, especially Gemma who did my hair. I recently had my bikini wax done by Laura (95%) sure it was Laura, I am rubbish with names, sorry! Anyways it was the best waxing experience I have ever had, she was calming, professional and friendly. I was as relaxed as you can be with that sort of waxing going on and it was honestly not even half as painful as I was expecting from my previous experience, somewhere else. Very happy with the service provided and will be going back! I would definitely recommend, especially if you are someone who gets nervous, anxious or maybe going out your comfort zone for a treatment, you will be well looked after here. I also wanted to add due to the H20 beauty centre being on the smaller side, the whole experience feels a lot calmer and private then other beauty places I have been too. I personally find that other places can be full of women who can unintentionally make you feel uncomfortable, or in a whole I can feel intimidated by the experience, due to myself not being someone who treats myself that often and dosent find beauty places second nature. So if you similar to me in that respect and want to actually enjoy the whole of your treatment H20 is perfect for you!

Staff are so friendly & professional. I've had several massages here as well as buying gift cards as presents, every time I am so impressed and feel comfortable throughout. Highly recommend!

What a gem of a place! I have tried many hair and beauty places in my time but this knocks the others out of the park! I love the atmosphere and also that when I ask what they think wanting their opinion and advice they freely give it rather than that …”well it up to you what do you think”…as if I knew I would not be asking! Shauna has been great with me as during Covid I lost a lot of hair and so nervous but she made me feel relaxed and “safe” understanding how much every strand of hair meant to me. All the staff there seem friendly and watching their end results of their clients I thoroughly recommend them.

I have been a regular customer at this Fair Oak branch & my hair is styled by Debbie; the most warm ,professional & very capable young lady you could meet. Nothing is too much trouble & my hair is expertly styled to my exact specifications. I honestly cannot recommend Hair & Beauty enough & especially the always- cheerful & lovely Debbie. 5 stars all round .

Another great appointment at Maxwell's with Debbie - who was lovely - friendly and very very good. She took plenty of time with me to help me work out what I wanted and patiently explained the different options! I felt she understood what I was aiming for and I was really pleased with the results!
