I had a really enjoyable experience today, my stylist Lily was very professional and she made sure we were both clear on what I wanted. The salon was very clean & tidy and the atmosphere was lovely.

Ana was so lovely and chatty and I felt so at ease around her! I was also blown away by her skill and ability to create exactly what I asked for. It was also such a lovely relaxing environment - I especially loved having my hair washed in the little spa room! Would recommend this salon to anybody who wants to be in safe hands.

Lovely, friendly salon. My son can be very nervous but the stylist put him at ease and seemed to know exactly what hairstyle to give him to make him smile. He is so thrilled with his hair!

The salon itself has a lovely feel to it. Full of satisfied people who are really enjoying their experiences. It is always clean and smells lovely. The staff are welcoming and very friendly. They listen to your requests but also advise without pushing their opinion onto you. They continually check if you are ok, if you need anything or if there is anything else they can do. They seem to really care about how you are feeling and keeping you happy. They also appear to be enjoying their job and it’s lovely to watch them all work together to help each other. There’s lots of laughter. I always love my trip to the Farnham branch of Toni & Guy.

I came in for a colour consult after another salon ruined my hair, I was booked for next morning with Sophie who completely restored it. I am sooo grateful to Sophie and all the girls who helped me yesterday! They worked absolute wonders and were so kind and hospitable. I’m super excited for my next appointment in a couple months 🩵
