It was my first time to the Winchester salon and had recently lost my Dad, so feeling emotional and going out has been a task. Everyone was friendly and Amy was so lovely and kind , she made me feel at ease and cut my hair exactly as requested.

An amazing first experience at this salon today ! After having had many bad experiences with previous salons who mistreated my hair and didn’t listen to what I wanted, I was anxious about finding a new salon. However, I didn’t need to worry as everyone listened to what I wanted and treated my hair wonderfully! The salon experience was amazing from start to finish - amazing friendly and professional stylist's. I loved the part where my hair was washed, calm lightening and massage chairs - very therapeutic ! Probably a little bit more than I usually pay but worth every penny to have this level of treatment and reassurance. I really trust you to look after my hair going forward. Thank you so much, love my hair and looking forward to returning soon.

Well best service ever, Imogen can't recommend her highly enough, she did my hair originally was beautiful balayage, then I went to get some lighter bits put through at another salon had a disaster, I went back to Toni & Guy with Imogen who completely fixed my hair from being bad condition with bad Bleach to the most beautiful colour!! With the most professional service, I highly recommend Imogen saved my hair & just in time for my birthday! Thank you so much Imogen xx

I have been having my hair cut at Toni and Guy Winchester for over 20 years, the past 17 years with Mark. The whole experience is second to none, lovely salon, lovely staff, good coffee and an amazing hair cut. I wouldn't go anywhere else. There's a stylist for anyone's needs !

Couldn’t be happier with my hair! Jade listened to exactly what I wanted with the cut and colour. After having a full head of highlights, my hair still feels in lovely condition. The rest of the team were super attentive in seeing if I wanted another coffee or drink.
