I have been a regular customer for years at Lagoon for waxing. There staff are all brilliant, professional and help to keep it as comfortable as waxing can be. I had previously been to many other places, but since I found Lagoon, this is the only place I will go now. Very clean premises. Staff have regular training by the owner. Owners are always there to greet at the door and remain hands on. The best salon ever.

Great local salon to go to. I always get the best pedicure and manicure here. The stuff is super friendly and caring. Once I tried paraffin mask for my feet, it was amazing. Close to the high street, so very handy to do little shopping afterwards. Overall great service and location.

Excellent service and customer care. I visited the salon with my wife, as I've got older it is more difficult the look after my toenails. The Lagoon therapist was kind and highly skilled, taking great care to ensure my nails were filed correctly to avoid any problems with ingrowing toenails. Thank you to the therapist for your assistance. My wife was also impressed with her treatments, a shellac manicure, pedicure and relaxing facial. A picture of her nails is attached. Thanks Lagoon, we will be back for future treatments.

I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon. The staff is polite and friendly, and they really take time to listen to what I want. The colour options are beautiful, with so many cute choices. The salon is also clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I've been to other salons for my Manicure and Pedicure. Lagoon has been the best one so far, they pay a lot of attention to detail and they're very attentive to your needs. The staff are very meticulous, they even help you out your flip flops on so you don't ruin your freshly polished nails. If it is smudged, they will try their best to rectify the problem. Absolutely love coming to this salon! 5 stars all the way!
