Great experience. It was calm and peaceful, often you feel rushed at UK nail salons but I did not feel rushed at all. Tech was great and listened to what I wanted. She was gentle, quick and efficient. Best salon I’ve been to so far.

I've just moved to the area, and chose iLuvo for my treatment based on good reviews, and clear and reasonable pricing. It was such a relief that it all went smoothly. The booking system is clear and straightforward. The salon is clean and cosy (great in the current cold weather) and I had a warm greeting in the salon by Petra, who is friendly and really looked after me. My leg wax was extremely thorough and efficient. Perfect! I'll be booking again.

This was probably one of the best facials I’ve ever had. From the start I was asked questions about my skin / general health, and provided with advice around how to improve my skin care routine. The facial included a black head exfoliation, facial lymph drainage massage and a mask. It was relaxing, educational and a great all inclusive facial. I also thread & tinted my brows, which look really beautiful and natural - just as I asked. Thank you Lulu!

Got a deep tissue massage on my first visit and it was definitely the best one i’ve had so far. The massage itself was something over 60 minutes, excluding the prep (i booked 60 minute). Adding essential oils for the neck and shoulder area for extra relaxation was a super nice touch! Heated massage table and warmed towels made me feel so tender. High quality service, super clean environment and extra care. Came back for a nail treatment and was satisfied again, Lulu did an amazing job!

I wanted to share some feedback regarding Petra. I've had deep tissue massages from her before, and they've always been excellent, but today's experience was truly exceptional—I felt like I was floating afterward! My back was full of knots, and I can only imagine how exhausting it must have been for Petra to work through them all. Yet, she did an incredible job, as always. Another well-deserved five-star review from me!
