Wonderful treatments by Imogen. The Cloud 9 was just so relaxing, lovely spacious treatment room, very calming. Pedicure excellent too.

Today was the first time I had visited, and I was welcomed with warmth & kindness by Imogen. The shop was beautiful,clean and calm. I had my eyebrows shaped by Imogen, who was actually very good and discussed what she was going to do. (Even though I was in a fluster, lol) I want to add that when I arrived for my appointment, I was very flustered & stressed as I had lost my phone on the bus on the way, and Imogen and her client were both so kind and empathetic. They both went out of their way to help me, and for that, I am truly grateful for the kindness shown to me today after what has been such a tough few years for me. Again, thank you for your kindness today, Imogen, and I'll see you soon for my eyebrows tint * I'll promise no more tears* 🤣😭🙈

Always a great experience at Luminis in Chislehurst. I feel very welcome whenever I'm there, and it's a treat to have a deep tissue massage with Imogen. The High Street location is very convenient, and the spa is nicely decorated and spotlessly clean.

Was booked in for a surprise pregnancy massage session with a facial and pedicure at the end and the experience was amazing! Imogen was so warm, welcoming and professional. As it was a surprise she took time to explain how long the session will be and what’s included and we even ran over time but I didn’t feel rushed at all! The building was clean and aesthetically pleasing. I’ve never had a professional massage before and this was a lovely first time experience. Highly recommend! Thank you again Imogen x
