I had an amazing experience getting my hair done at this salon on Friday by Matt. I had a colour with Toner ,a cut and style (curl). About 3 months ago I had a balayage done by another salon and I wasn't too satisfied with the results, looked pretty choppy and not as light as I would have liked. A week or two before my appointment I had a great in-depth consultation with Matt to discuss what I wanted to achieve and to set my expectations. He did an amazing job and kept my hair healthy and looking beautiful. The process was extremely thorough and I have never seen this level of service anywhere else. Matt has impecable technique and managed to blend the colour extremely well. The photos speak for themselves, attaching a photo of how my hair looked before as well. Extremely thankful for how beautiful my hair has turned out!

Had a fantastic experience at Flanx! Matt was amazing! Matt gave me a very thorough consultation first, and put so much time and care into my hair - more so than any hairdresser I had been to in the past. I had a half head of highlights, a toner and a cut -would highly recommend Matt.

Second visit to the salon today and finally after years of searching for the perfect salon I have found a hairdresser Matt who understands my hair. I love the vibe of the salon, relaxed and very friendly unlike the pretentious salons that I have visited in the past. How refreshing to interact with people so switched on to customer service! I just love how you’re made to feel like a valued customer and my hair was cut so perfectly. Best I’ve ever had. The vegan keratin treatment has also works wonders for my hair and can highly recommend it if you have frizz mixed with curl. Thank you everyone at Flanx. I’ll be back for sure.

First time coming to Flanx and Lavdi did SUCH an amazing job on my hair. I absolutely love it, the colour is perfect and so even. She was able to provide some great recommendations on what would suit me and the overall vibe of the salon is really nice and relaxing. Can’t recommend enough!
