Took my daughter for dry cut, was attended to by Neelam. The service provided was excellent, she explained the difference in the cuts I was considering and even taught me how to style my daughter’s hair myself. Neelam was friendly and polite and easy to talk to. Will definitely be going back in the future!

What a fantastic hair salon!!! Chris washed, cut & blow dried mine and my daughters hair and I have to say it is the best service, cut & blow dry we have ever had. Whilst I was waiting for my daughter, another stylist was doing an updo and it looked amazing!!! Chris is just so talented, lovely and funny we have definitely found our new hair stylist which we will be keeping forever xx

I've been going to Trilogy for 32 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. All excellent hairdressers, professional, friendly, welcoming and always lovely and caring towards all of their customers of all ages. They feel like part of my family. I had a facial and body massage with Dawn, the Beauty Therapist, for the first time today. It was the best I've ever had and will definitely go back soon.

I've just returned home after a first visit to Colours. What can I say, From the minute I nervously walked through the doors I was greeted with a warm welcome, and smiling faces. I was booked in for a wash, cut and blow dry. As soon as I sat in the chair for the wash, I was put at ease, very warm chatty Ladies. Kirsty had the task of cutting my hair, I showed her a photo of how I usually have it, and said to her to do as she feels. What an amazingly talented Lady, she listened to me, and talked me through every step. I walked out of there, after booking for 4 weeks time and after saying I could hug her! feeling a million times better, with a short, choppy hairstyle that I can't stop looking at in the mirror. I was recommended to this salon by a dear friend (Lyn with the pugs lol) as she is known. And can't wait to show my work colleagues and friends, the new me. Thankyou Ladies, you are all amazing. Called one afternoon and got myself booked for a haircut, Kirsty did my hair and I fell in love with it! Went with a short bob in mind and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I told her she can blow dry my hair however she liked and and she surprised me with a great blood dry too!!!🥰 Excellent service, she’s so friendly, absolutely lovely person! I had a great chat with her whilst getting my hair cut and I am definitely going back to her again and again! ♥️

I get my nails done here as I trust technician and she does a good job. She takes 2hours to get my nails done whereas in other salons for the same price you get a rushed 45 min appointment. Also, the owner of the salon is always welcoming and offers tea and coffee on arrival.However I scored 4 stars as I feel they should have pay by card option and not cash only.

Had my hair cut by this lovely lady today who absolutely went the extra mile to make my normal boring hair look absolutely lovely. It was a much better experience than the run of the mill ‘named’ hair salons who are so busy they don’t put heart into it, which is exactly what this lady did, I cannot recommend this lady and her hair styling expertise enough and I myself am not going anywhere else for it in the future - Thank you so much, I am a very happy customer 🙏

I had a balayage done at Barking Salon. Since my hair is dark, it’s usually hard to avoid yellow tone after bleach. However, Kristina made it a nice brown colour with a toner. She listened to my request carefully and suggested a good solution. She paid extra attention to my hair while handling it. I will definitely go back to this salon!
