I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lady J for a hair detangle, wash, colour and dry and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The salon itself was immaculate, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Lady J took the time to listen to my needs and offered expert advice on what would best suit my face shape and hair texture. Their attention to detail was incredible, and they were skilled in every aspect of the service, from the detangling to the wash and colour, this is the first time out after a long illness although I was anxious at first but every person was so nice and welcoming. I truly appreciated their friendly, yet professional demeanor and the personalized approach they took. It’s clear that Lady J and the other stylist are passionate about their craft and dedicated to ensuring every client leaves happy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a talented, kind, and thorough hairdresser! I’ll definitely be returning.

Lady J was very professional and accommodating, I contacted her late at night to do a full head of braids th next day and she booked me in at short notice. The salon is clean and they worked very fast and well. I am very happy with my braids and will surely come again.
