This was my first time in about 6 years of trying a new hairdresser and I am so glad I did. All of the staff at Empress were so lovely and the service was fantastic. The stylist made sure that I was happy with the process every step of the way and listened really well to everything I asked for. The prices are the most reasonable that I’ve found, especially considering how perfect the cut was. Definitely recommend, I will absolutely be going back.

The hairstylist is very careful and patient! Love my clean hair cut with layers. The price of dry cutting (£40) is fair for enjoying such comfortable environment and the service from kind staff.

I got my birthday braids done at the salon last year and it was an amazing experience. It was my first time getting my hair done in London and my braids came out amazing. I got so many compliments and I would be going there again. I was offered drinks and snacks. The ambiance of the salon is beautiful, not only is the salon nice on the outside but the staff are also very friendly. I had the best time there, my day was filled with lots of laughter and I will definitely recommend them.

Amazing salon! I’ve found my new hair home ! Abba was so detailed during my appointment. You can tell they are all passionate about the work they do and the customer service chefs kiss! Can’t wait to be back in six weeks!
