Went to the monthly makers market, the civic hall is very nice and has a good feeling. The market itself was smallish but what was on offer from the makers was high quality and something for everyone.

Went there for covid jab and I must say they have arranged everytjing perfectly. It took me around 10min to get the jab. There were 4 vaccine pods with privacy.

I went here for my second covid jab. The staff were friendly and helpful and everything ran very smoothly with hardly any waiting time. They have decorated the vaccination room with petty fabric bunting and fairy lights to brighten up a drab room. It looks lovely. A good distraction for anybody who may be a bit nervous about injections. I was in and out in 18 minutes. A very pleasant and easy experience.

Went to the Bleakholt Christmas fair, lots of stalls good options to buy and some excellent food available in the cafe area, really well priced.Well worth a visit next year
