Every other chippy owner needs to visit here and see where your all going wrong.........still the best.....not by much but by a country mile. Properly cooked batter that doesn't leave you feeling like you need to lie down for 3 hours after eating . Never ever had a bad fish and chips from here and that can't be said of others .
Got to say the best fish and chips I’ve had in ages. Called in on a Sunday as really fancied fish instead of Sunday dinner. Will definitely be going back. Only thing that let it down was the miserable girl who served us. Never known someone front of house be so slow and miserable. Other than that highly recommend people visiting.
On holiday in Yorkshire, went & got 3 portions of Gluten free Fish & Chips last night. One of nicest ever had... batter so light & everything about them very enjoyable. Only wish you were a lot closer to our home. Thank you
4pm and looking for tearooms for my elderly Dad with mobility difficulties to enjoy a cup of tea and a slice of chocolate cake.... no names mentioned re customer service (follow my reviews). Blakeleys hats off to you. The chocolate cake was amazing, as was the scampi and spam buttie. Thank you for your care, understanding, and patience. Dad really enjoyed his meal and felt comfortable dining in your establishment 🐟
