My husband and I were so pleased with how Sam styled the venue for our wedding ceremony and evening reception. From the day I contacted her to discuss about ideas that I had prior to the wedding, she was so helpful, patient and professional. Whenever I had any questions, she was friendly, approachable and responding to me very quickly. We'd highly recommend Willow and Rust weddings to any couples! We had so many compliments from our guests. She created beautiful centrepieces and backdrops. As we had our ceremony, drinks reception and evening reception at the same venue, she was happy to come back to the venue to rearrange all the decors and discussed everything with the venue staffs so we didn't need to worry about anything. Samantha is an incredibly talented wedding venue decorator! We cannot recommend her enough! We loved that we could go for an eco-friendly way to decorate our venue, there is no way we would be able to comfortably fit 60 glass vintage vases and 100 candlesticks in our own home!! I really love her sustainable approach to styling weddings. Samantha tailored our venue style to suit us and worked with us to bring our vision of our wedding to life. Our venue was transformed into a rustic vintage woodland, with lots of gorgeous fabrics, beautiful golden candlesticks (all child safe LED lights) and beautiful glass pieces. On the day of the wedding, she worked so quickly putting everything together. Having her as our stylist took so much stress out of our big day, she managed all the decoration, styling, set up and packing up next the day. It really makes such a big difference! As we had to pack up our own stuff (in such a tiny car!), manage other wedding tasks, and get ourselves down to the venue. Samantha did an amazing job, and everything looked so beautiful and elegant. We had our daughter’s wedding on the 01/02/25. This was our first wedding we were completely inexperienced and apprehensive. It's one of the nicest and most serene venues I've been so far in years. The owner is business minded. I say this because a beautiful garden is attached to the Hall where good pictures can be taken and canapés can be served before the hall is opened for the guests. There is parking just opposite the hall and also on the side roads. The toilets are sparkling clean and you have a reception area as well. I can only give this venue a 5 star.

Pav, everything you and your team did on that day was spectacular. From the centrepieces to the signs outside, right upto the top table (without being biased, it was the best one I've ever seen 😅), was absolutely amazing. It gave the venue such a wonderful look. For me it’s really important that I can connect with my vendors and Pavs energy really stood out to me, he built a great rapport with me and I knew instantly we could work easily together. Pav is really passionate about his work and this truly comes through in his dedication to go above and beyond to make my wedding special and meet my vision! We had some challenges with the pandemic and Pav was always accommodating and did everything to make sure he could provide a service despite numerous date changes. Our Wedding Day was PERFECT, partly because we had Imagine Event's style it! They really listened to exactly what we wanted and it was just perfect. It looked amazing, we had massive artificial flowers and not one guest knew they wasn't real. They honestly looked amazing. Their replies are also so so fast and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Sophie and the team went above and beyond for our beautiful wedding day. I changed my mind multiple times with colour, decor and a huge delay due to Covid was partly the cause for my decision changes. Regardless, nothing was too much for Sophie and the team, they were always professional and friendly, even on the night before when I realised I had missed off the order chair seat robes for the ceremony chairs and had only accounted for the wedding breakfast chairs, Sophie saw how upset and stressed I was and sent a member of staff the following day (wedding day) to arrange this for us at no extra cost which was amazing. I don't even know where to begin!! I was absoloutely stunned at how amazing Sophie and the team did on our wedding day. The decorations were beyond beautiful and you guys worked so hard and even in the hottest day on record!! I had no idea what I wanted when I first came to your studio and it's like you guys were in my head and created this vision that was perfect. Even the moongate (with the last minute alterations) was absoloutely amazing and I loved it even more than the original plan! Everyone was so impressed with how the venue was decorated.
