Having taken on an extremely neglected pony, we have been facing some extreme issues, all of which have been excelled by every vet that has attended, messaging our concerns and replies withing minutes sometimes from vets not even on duty. Your standard of care is second to none and we thank you and we know we wouldn't be where we are now with these ponies without you at our side.We have been with you many years and you have always been amazing .I can say there isn't a vet at the practice we wouldn't welcome, and the reception staff are great but I do have to give a special thank you too Jayne and of course Rob.
