I have been using Synergy for a couple of years, always great service, quick to answer the phone and get someone out if needed or just talk about concerns.

Synergy vets have always been excellent apart from a couple of times when lack of communication between Reception and the vets have been annoying when waiting for results, but I was less than impressed with the treatment and outcome of an emergency callout last weekend
