We contacted Mike at My local roofer to quote on replacing dropped and loose ridge tiles having previously used him for some minor roof repairs over 10 years ago. Mike works closely with his dad and he came and quoted at the agreed time. After careful discussion we considered options and decided to replace the tiles with a dry ridge system. We considered the quote to be reasonable and asked about timescales. Due to a gap in their schedule, Mike and his father were able to complete the work the next day which was impressive. They arrived promptly at the agreed time carried out the work and cleaned up removing the rubbish and debris. We subsequently made payment thereafter. Obviously the dry ridge system will need to stand the test of time but we have been provided with a guarantee. We would highly recommend My Local Roofer.

Mike came promptly to assess the problem. Quoted and made arrangements to do the work. Turned up as arranged . Price same as quote. So far problem seems fixed. I would recommend this company. I will ask them to do all of my roofing work from now on.

Mike managed to get round and fix my leaky flat roof quickly. He did what looks like a very good job at a competitive rate. He turned up when he said he would & got on with the job whilst he was here and left the place nice and tidy. I’d happily hire again but hopefully I won’t need another roofer now for a good few years

Noticed hole in roof on Saturday morning. Phoned 3 roofing companies, first 2 didn’t respond but third answered promptly and promised to come and have a look within the hour. Mike and Andrew did as they promised, identified the problem and the remedial work required. I accepted the quote and the roof was fixed on the Monday. Am very pleased with job done, can’t fault their timekeeping, tidiness and customer service . They definitely exceeded my expectations. Thankyou.

Mike fixed my guttering which had been causing me issues for a long time. He was really knowledgable, polite and friendly and efficient in solving the issue. I was pleased with his work and it appears to have fixed the problem after a testing rainy winter! Would highly recommend.
