Will did such an excellent job that I didn’t hesitate to contact him when I wanted the Velux replaced. The guys arrived on time and did a fantastic job. John and the team carried out a complete overhaul of our roof - taking down two chimneys, making good the other two chimneys, re-tiling a low-level roof and the main roof, and replacing the guttering. John was fantastic to deal with throughout, with quick and clear communication, a reasonable quote, and then all the work carried out quickly and professionally with no issues. Highly recommended.

John was polite and helpful throughout. He arrived as agreed to inspect the damage to lead flashing on parapet wall and advise on repair required. Once agreed he promptly arranged a date to complete the work and again he arrived as expected. The work was completed within the timescale agreed and am happy with the repair carried out. I would recommend John for any project you have, either large or small.

John made this experience nice and easy from start to finish. He was able to come and take a look at the roof on the day we called him, and gave 2 options and quoted for both of those. We went with the full refelt option, and the work started a couple of weeks afterwards. Everyone involved was polite and within 3 days work to refelt and replace any damaged tiles was completed. John answered any additional questions promptly and we would not hesitate in engaging with this company in the future.

We had a leaking flat roof on a 3rd floor attic extension upon a terraced house which was particularly difficult to access. As such, the use of a drone to identify the problems meant as a customer I could see directly the issues that were causing the leaks. The roof needed replacing in full and Jamie and his colleagues did a wonderful job and greatly improved what was there before in terms of finish and correct construction methods as the flat roof integrated with a party wall and chimney stack etc. A very tidy job given the challenges and they certainly come highly recommended.

I highly recommend Jamie from CJ Roofing & Property Maintenance. He responded quickly with a quote for a minor repair to my gutter. His price was significantly more reasonable than the outrageous quotes I received from other companies. I accepted his quote, and he promptly came by to carry out the repair efficiently and professionally.

I had a leak coming into an upstairs bedroom causing damp on the wall. I phoned Jamie and he came around and used a drone to take a look at the roof. He identified a possible cause being the flashing around the chimney stack to main roof. He showed me the video from the drone of where the lead flashing was coming away. I agreed for him to cover coping stone in a self stick simulated lead flashing, from chimney to main roof. Afterwards he showed me a video of the work he did and I was really pleased with the finish. We needed a full pitched roof replacement including a flat roof dormer in lead plus soffits and fascias.When Gary came to give us a quote we found him to be friendly and knowledgeable so were happy to proceed. The work was carried out by Gary and Dan to a very high standard and they both clearly take pride in their work.We were kept informed on progress at all times and any unforeseen issues that arose, including some fairly major chimney work,were dealt with without fuss.We are extremely pleased with the new roof and highly recommend this company and would gladly use them again.
