The guys at primeline roofing have been nothing short of amazing. Came out and gave us a quote and were really helpful and nice as first time buyers. Then coming and doing the work they were speedy, very friendly and kept us up to date with all of the work. They've even given us some tips on some other bits of work we are looking to do. Will definitely be using them again!

Following the recent bad weather, I lost a tile from my roof. I contacted Michael at Primeline Roofing & Building Ltd, who came the next day to assess the damage and provide a fair price quote provided a quote to replace all my cemented ridge tiles with a mechanical fixed ridge tiles. Due to a cancelled job, Michael was able to undertake the work within a couple of Days. The Team on site were very professional, did a fantastic job, removed all the debris and left everything clean and Tidy. Would highly recommend Primeline Roofing & Building Ltd.

We had a new driveway installed, two brick walls replaced, land at rear of property transformed from wild to a lovely lawn, as well as gutter and sofet cleaning. The team were extremely professional throughout, keeping us informed with progress daily. The work crew worked hard and were early starters, remaining friendly and efficient throughout the project. The area of the property was always left tidy and safe particularly if they had to use the surrounding public path for any reason, never any concerns there and other members of the team regularly called to verify we were happy with the state of things etc. They aren’t shy of little extra bits to polish a job off either, going around the property touching up pointing and so forth to making sure they left the job in a great state. Definitely recommended.

I’ve only got good things to say about Primeline and the team. From day one of getting the quote, Michael was open and honest & with good communication throughout. The turnaround time between initial contact and the works being done was quick. We had a roof De-Moss, acid wash, guttering cleaning/rebuild and a fix for the garage roof. I’ve attached the below pictures as a reference point of just how well the roof has come up in comparison to the neighbours property. Roof looks brand new, works were quick and tidy and the team even jet washed the back patios down leaving them looking brand new

Great experience from Neal & his coworker I messaged Neal & he came the next day to look at the job & sent a quote shortly after. He was very friendly & was honest mentioning that there was no need to replace anything - it just needed mending & sealing here & there I had a big birds nest pulling the fascia down, all the guttering needed clearing, the fascia’s needed sealing & parts of the gutter were leaking. The work was done really well & with no interruption or noise . Neal provided loads of photos as well to show how clear the gutters are now & how the nest has gone & fascia mended etc. I’m really pleased with everything that was done. A couple of extra bits were done too but Neal didn’t charge anything other than the original quoted price. The price was really reasonable. John, Curtis, and everyone else involved were very communitative, giving me clear deadlines on when work could begin, what was happening, how long things might take, and any hiccups along the way. Everyone working onsite were very courtious, even being mindful of our neighbours throughout. The work itself was done to a high standard and I've not had any issues with the work since, even in the recent storms. The team worked flatout to make us watertight when the storms came in. I plan on asking them to come back for additional work in future. Couldn't recommend them enough.

We had our roof valley replaced, felt and battons tiles and leading replaced and the firewalls completely repaired. John and his team took pictures all over our roof so we could see for ourselves the damage. During the work the team discovered a tear in the felt and replaced it at no extra charge. One year on, we’ve had no sign of any leaks so I can be confident they solved the problem. Top job.

Could not fault them. Ray was very friendly quick to respond and assist just after the storm. Managed to squeeze me in to replace a tile on my roof. Decent price too. Its nice to know there are people out there who dont take advantage of you when you urgently need repairs.

We employed Ray to carry out an overlay of a flat concrete bay roof, changing it into a pitched roof feature. Ray and his man were amazing. Their workmanship was great, and we are very happy with the finished product, even so much so that we asked them to change the tiles to our extension roof after. Ray was prompt in responding to quote for the works, he is very knowledgeable and provided great options as the beginning of the job. The quote was then issued, and the price was reasonable. During the works their time keeping was good, they were very polite and always kept us in the loop on the works.
