The guys at primeline roofing have been nothing short of amazing. Came out and gave us a quote and were really helpful and nice as first time buyers. Then coming and doing the work they were speedy, very friendly and kept us up to date with all of the work. They've even given us some tips on some other bits of work we are looking to do. Will definitely be using them again!

Following the recent bad weather, I lost a tile from my roof. I contacted Michael at Primeline Roofing & Building Ltd, who came the next day to assess the damage and provide a fair price quote provided a quote to replace all my cemented ridge tiles with a mechanical fixed ridge tiles. Due to a cancelled job, Michael was able to undertake the work within a couple of Days. The Team on site were very professional, did a fantastic job, removed all the debris and left everything clean and Tidy. Would highly recommend Primeline Roofing & Building Ltd.

I’ve only got good things to say about Primeline and the team. From day one of getting the quote, Michael was open and honest & with good communication throughout. The turnaround time between initial contact and the works being done was quick. We had a roof De-Moss, acid wash, guttering cleaning/rebuild and a fix for the garage roof. I’ve attached the below pictures as a reference point of just how well the roof has come up in comparison to the neighbours property. Roof looks brand new, works were quick and tidy and the team even jet washed the back patios down leaving them looking brand new

We had a new driveway installed, two brick walls replaced, land at rear of property transformed from wild to a lovely lawn, as well as gutter and sofet cleaning. The team were extremely professional throughout, keeping us informed with progress daily. The work crew worked hard and were early starters, remaining friendly and efficient throughout the project. The area of the property was always left tidy and safe particularly if they had to use the surrounding public path for any reason, never any concerns there and other members of the team regularly called to verify we were happy with the state of things etc. They aren’t shy of little extra bits to polish a job off either, going around the property touching up pointing and so forth to making sure they left the job in a great state. Definitely recommended.

MAT came to look at the work, offered some good advice on what needed doing and submitted a competitive price. They also undertook to investigate some original errors in 1960s construction which have been a problem throughout the building's life. They arrived and programme and despite horrible weather, worked around the rainy days finishing in around a week. What more could you ask?

Very fast response to the initial query regarding water ingress via the flashing. Venting the loft was advised and agreed. Work started within a few days and completed in a day. The team were knowledgeable and friendly. All waste was cleaned away. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the roofing work done. My ridge tiles are now complete and look very professionally finished. Jake is a real craftsman and is passionate about his work. He is also aware of making things as easy as possible for the client; so in planning the scaffolding he ensured I (and neighbours) still had access to our shared driveway. Lee and his team are brilliant. We have used them 3 times now for work including a roof repair when we first moved in, new gutters and fascias and now a full new roof. Photos taken and texted through each day of work, drone footage and videos taken to see all the areas we wouldn't usually see, insulation in the loft added to comply with regulations and building control signed off. Work is always completed on time, the team are polite and clear up after themselves and Lee and Amy in the office are patient no matter how many times I text them asking more questions!

Lee and his team are very professional and polite, A high standard or work was carried out, explaining everything they were doing and why they were doing it. Like most jobs there were extras when found and they went above and beyond to get the work completed by brining in other trades to help get the work completed in a timely manor. They left the property very clean and tidy. would recommend Lee and his team again.

All Roofs did an excellent job replacing a ridge air vent (from an old boiler) with normal ridge tiles, and also repaired the associated damaged roof lining underneath from when the flue was removed. They managed to get a near perfect match of recycled ridge tiles so you hardly notice the repair, and even fixed another issue they spotted elsewhere on the roof while here. Team were polite, friendly, professional and superb at their job.

The quality of craftsmanship from Allroofs is, quite simply, exceptional. I have used Allroofs for many years, so I was confident Lee and his team would do a good job, and they didn't disappoint. I decided that I'd replace my whole roof. I was concerned that, with a 200+ year old converted Baptist chapel, the roof needed to be sympathetic to the structure, and with Lee's guidance, the finished roof is perfect. Intel came to repair my leaking roof. I rent the property to a pregnant lady so it was an emergency. Jimmy of Intel understood my crisis, was at the property within an hour. Could have easily charged over the odds but was a very reasonable price and repaired to a high standard. Definitely use again

John, Curtis, and everyone else involved were very communitative, giving me clear deadlines on when work could begin, what was happening, how long things might take, and any hiccups along the way. Everyone working onsite were very courtious, even being mindful of our neighbours throughout. The work itself was done to a high standard and I've not had any issues with the work since, even in the recent storms. The team worked flatout to make us watertight when the storms came in. I plan on asking them to come back for additional work in future. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I found Pride Roofing Kent Ltd on the KCC Trading Standards website and would thoroughly recommend them. Chris, the owner, talked me through the options, with no sales pressure, and everything about the process was crystal clear. The quote was precisely broken down and there were no 'hidden extras'.
