MAT came to look at the work, offered some good advice on what needed doing and submitted a competitive price. They also undertook to investigate some original errors in 1960s construction which have been a problem throughout the building's life. They arrived and programme and despite horrible weather, worked around the rainy days finishing in around a week. What more could you ask?

He is also aware of making things as easy as possible for the client; so in planning the scaffolding he ensured I (and neighbours) still had access to our shared driveway. Hayley in the office was also great, with good communication and fast responses to questions. A*** would highly recommend.

Very fast response to the initial query regarding water ingress via the flashing. Venting the loft was advised and agreed. Work started within a few days and completed in a day. The team were knowledgeable and friendly. All waste was cleaned away. Highly recommended.

We discovered after the storms we had a ridge tile blown off but sitting on the roof. I called Affordable Roofing and call was answered and was told somebody would be round to quote, i got a courtesy call back to let me know someone would be with me within 30 minutes to quote, withing 90 minutes i had the quote which was very reasonable and they were able to repair the ridge tile on same visit. Darren did a great job repairing our roof and fitted us in quite quickly as an emergency (when we had rain pouring through the ceiling because of a bodged repair by the previous owner). He responded to messages promptly and was very clear about what work needed to be done and the costs involved. The work was done a few months ago and we have had no issues with it since. Joe and his team have just finished repairing my roof. Tiling, lead work and new gullies. The whole process went very smoothly from a quick response to the initial request, quote and started working within a few days. In all five days work was completed to a very high standard. These Guys are true professionals. They do what they say they're going to do. Like most jobs there were extras when found and they went above and beyond to get the work completed by brining in other trades to help get the work completed in a timely manor. The quality of craftsmanship from Allroofs is, quite simply, exceptional. I have used Allroofs for many years, so I was confident Lee and his team would do a good job, and they didn't disappoint. I decided that I'd replace my whole roof. I was concerned that, with a 200+ year old converted Baptist chapel, the roof needed to be sympathetic to the structure, and with Lee's guidance, the finished roof is perfect. Lee and his team are brilliant. We have used them 3 times now for work including a roof repair when we first moved in, new gutters and fascias and now a full new roof. Photos taken and texted through each day of work, drone footage and videos taken to see all the areas we wouldn't usually see, insulation in the loft added to comply with regulations and building control signed off. Work is always completed on time, the team are polite and clear up after themselves and Lee and Amy in the office are patient no matter how many times I text them asking more questions!

All Roofs did an excellent job replacing a ridge air vent (from an old boiler) with normal ridge tiles, and also repaired the associated damaged roof lining underneath from when the flue was removed. They managed to get a near perfect match of recycled ridge tiles so you hardly notice the repair, and even fixed another issue they spotted elsewhere on the roof while here. Team were polite, friendly, professional and superb at their job.
