Early last year we lost some ridge tiles in the wind leaving a hole in the top of our roof. We were very grateful that Freddie and his team were able to come and fix it that day for a very reasonable cost. We later discovered that further pointing was needed on the roof - Freddie quoted a reasonable price and carried out the work very quickly. We recently noticed that some of that cement was coming loose - within 24 hours or reaching out to Freddie he came round to address the issue and it was corrected within the week. In addition he also went above and beyond by adding in 3 broken roof tiles which was unnecessary but greatly appreciated. We are really happy with the customer service we’ve received - thank you.
