After being let down by four other roofing companies,it was my good fortune when I phoned Protec.From my very first call to Julie, I could tell that I was now dealing with a more professional company. She told me when Glenn would call and he arrived on time to view and price the job. I was sent the estimate within hours,which was very reasonable. Julie gave me a date when they would start. Glenn and Sam arrived prompt at 8:00am and were working within 5minutes of their arrival. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard. I would DEFINITELY recommend.

I can't thank Aaron and the team enough! Positives: - clear communication and regular updates of progress - reasonably priced - gave us different options of what we could do with the loft space and the pros and cons of each - incredibly tidy (even came and checked that the skip was taken and no mess was left behind after the job was done), windows and sils cleaned, floors swept, inside of the loft cleaned. - completed the job within the agreed time lines Negatives: none! We have recommended protec roofing to our neighbours.

Cannot recommend Protec and Aaron enough. Fantastic customer service from start to finish and a great job replacing our extension roof which had an unidentified leak. 4 different companies were unable to give me a clear view on the problem but Aaron took the time to thoroughly investigate - visiting 3 times to assess the roof and researching the Velux window spec where the leak was. He laid out the likely problem and solutions very clearly and gave a fair price. Communication throughout was excellent with courtesy calls from the office to confirm dates and times. The job itself was very professional and I’m pleased to say has fully fixed the problem and looks great.
