Excellent service from Ross -friendly, knowledgable and thorough. Most impressive was that when I picked up that part of the job was missed by his team due to ambiguity in the specification, he sent them straight back the next day to rectify it with no quibbles. Very happy with the end result.

Ross and his team are absolutely fantastic and we cannot speak highly enough of them! They are one of those companies, that much like a secret ingredient in a recipe you don’t want to give away the details. However, when you do find yourself and your home in the hands of a company that give such a high level of service, it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. We were in a position of having a roof leak, condensation and ventilation issues. Ross, managed to get out to us, even though he had a lot of jobs waiting. All the lads have been friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They are grafters, their work is of exceptional quality, and they leave everything clean and tidy. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ross….and he really has gone the extra mile. Any further works we need doing that come under RSM’s remit, we will always use them. It is also worth mentioning that they not only come highly recommended by us, but also by our neighbour, and by a relative who was a building surveyor. You may wait a bit longer for Ross than other companies, but RSM Roofing are well worth it!

We have just had our roof replaced by Ryan's team and we are really pleased with the results. The guys turned up every day (come rain or shine) and were hardworking and polite. Special mention to Mick who also cleared up afterwards leaving our pathways cleaner than they were beforehand.

Excellent service - Rang them 3.30 pm on Thursday with an urgent problem (large lumps of mortar torn free from gable verge above our front door and some had landed on our doorstep. Ryan called round at 5 pm and immediately climbed up a ladder and removed the larger pieces that were precariously hanging over the guttering and assessed the damage. We received an e-mail with the quote for repairing the damage around 7.30 pm. We already had approval for scaffolding to be erected to contain the risk of falling debris from our insurance company but we were astounded at 8.00 am the following morning when the scaffolders arrived and completed the installation before 12.00 pm. We sent the quote with photographs to our insurance company who rang Ryan for more detailed information about the cause of the problem and subsequently gave us the approval for MC roofing to carry out the work. We rang Ryan mid afternoon to give him the go ahead and were delighted when he rang back later to inform us that the work would be carried out the following day being a Saturday. The roofers arrived at 9.00 am and completed the work before 4.00pm to a high standard and we were well impressed almost within 48 hours of our first phone contact! We know which company we will be using should we have any future roofing issues!!

Great work from JB again. A small area of flat roof needed replacing and they have effortlessly sorted this out in a few hours. They always provide a professional service and we are pleased with the result.

Huge thanks to J B Roofing & Cleaning Ltd from Weymouth for the fantastic service we have received. Just 2 days to strip the tiles, remove the old felt and battens, install new felt and battens, clean & replace the tiles (including new ridge tiles) install a dry ridge and dry verge system, and clean the fascias and guttering. All waste was removed at the end of the job, and the property was left tidy. The team of young men were really polite, worked incredibly hard and are a credit to the company. We are very happy to recommend J B Roofing & Cleaning Ltd.

Had a badly leaking bit of flat roof and called in Jamie for a quote. Was given what sounded to me like a competitive price with full details. All arranged with the very helpful Charlotte by phone and email. The two young lads they sent round were charming and respectful, and most importantly of all dog-friendly! Before/After photos were emailed and payment was easy using digital invoices. Have definitely been recommended to others already.

Sam replaced our entire roof and porch roof in January. Really happy with the result. Quote was very professional and all work carried out as expected. My partner and I totally recommend them. They've provided a first-class service. They really came to the rescue when a damp patch appeared in the spare bedroom during the sale of our house. They inspected the roof on a Saturday and provided a quote the same day. Repaired the roof the day after (yes, a Sunday!). They kept us informed at all times with photos and explanations of what repairs were needed. They are nice, friendly and are very trustworthy. As I say, absolutely recommend them. I had a leak in my roof, and the roofing company I called to come to look at it was Up Top Roofing. They were so nice and professional. I felt was very honest. Didn't try to put on a hard sell to make some money. They told me what needed to be done and gave me a quote. It was affordable, so I decided to hire them. This company is great! They don't cut corners or use cheap materials. They are licensed, bonded, insured, and certified. I will use them again!

New roof in Ashley Heath. Have just had my bungalow reroofed by Scott's company . They did a fantastic job Reeve and his team were absolutely brilliant unfortunately my roof was in very a poor condition with rotten battens but they didn't moan they just got on with the job . From my first meeting with Scott through to completion you knew you were dealing with a very professional and competent company who finished the job in the 10 days quoted despite some very difficult weather conditions.If I ever needed any roofing work in the future I would not hesitate to use Scott and his team again if you are thinking of using them I promise you won't be disappointed
