Always at the end of the phone if I had a question. As a woman on my own I was worried, but simon took that all away. Everything went to plan as expected. The end result was amazing. We had a roof repair completed by Hodders recently. From the 1st contact with Simon to the guys leaving site their service was fabulous. Great advice throughout ,we discussed various options and Simon helped us decide the correct action . Carl and Jamie came to do the job which took the noted 3 days . Great experience from start to finish. I had a simple job on our three storey townhouse, Simon came out and gave me the best of the 3 quotes I got. He had great knowledge and spotted what could be the cause of our problem and told us what could be done to fix it. His roofer came out and kept me informed throughout and went the extra mile to make it a really good job.

Simon came out on the day of my phone call to inspect the work. It was all completed very quickly and to an excellent standard. The price was the same as his quote. Fantastic service throughout.
