We noticed a loose tile on the front of our roof and searched for Roofing companies to offer a quotation, we obtained 4 quotations which resulted in 4 conflicting quotes which left us confused with what to do. We came across RoofSurv to give us an independent assessment of our roof which was less than £100 it gave us the peace of mind to make a decision. Great service! RoofSurv Approved membership is a breath of fresh air! Really easy company to deal with, very reasonable membership fee and we have received huge support in the short time we have been members. Our company is listed fairly in postcode order of search therefore consumers can actually find us a local company. It was a strict process to get the membership over the line but proud to say that we are RoofSurv Approved!

RoofSurv came out and did a survey of our roof using a drone, giving us a clear picture of the condition of our roof. We were pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of the service for such a low price, great value service!

Ross and his team are absolutely fantastic and we cannot speak highly enough of them! They are one of those companies, that much like a secret ingredient in a recipe you don’t want to give away the details. However, when you do find yourself and your home in the hands of a company that give such a high level of service, it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. We were in a position of having a roof leak, condensation and ventilation issues. Ross, managed to get out to us, even though he had a lot of jobs waiting. All the lads have been friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They are grafters, their work is of exceptional quality, and they leave everything clean and tidy. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ross….and he really has gone the extra mile. Any further works we need doing that come under RSM’s remit, we will always use them. It is also worth mentioning that they not only come highly recommended by us, but also by our neighbour, and by a relative who was a building surveyor. You may wait a bit longer for Ross than other companies, but RSM Roofing are well worth it!

It’s rare to use the word excellent these days, but Total Restoration exceeded all expectations. From the outset, my initial call was returned within fifteen minutes. This included a discussion of the roof. I was pleasantly surprised to then be told someone would call that day, to assess the problem. The roofer Martin arrived, throughout I would discover he was completely knowledgeable and competent, and a credit to the business. Martin discussed the problem and made the facts clear what needed to be done. He advised this information would be passed to William and I would receive a quotation. All promises met, I received a call that confirmed the work to be done with a quotation. Being advised if I wished to proceed the team that attended initially, would undertake the work the following day. This was agreed. During the process of installing the new batten, Martin recognised the ridge tiles were cracking. Not only advising me, but he brought these down to show me the cracks and fully explained the problems moving forward. William contacted me and also discussed the ridge tiles, with an amended quotation; totally upfront. I agreed to these tiles being replaced for the longevity of the roof. During the process William called at the site to meet us and check if there were any further questions. This quality assurance is a great aspect to the business. Following completion of the work all debris was removed and the property left tidy. Martin was assisted by Ethan. Throughout their politeness and professionalism was refreshing, working hard at all times. A great asset and reflection of the business. A couple of tiles from the top of our chimney had fallen off. I asked for a quote, which was in my opinion very reasonable. The repair, which involved cementing around the top of the chimney, was made quickly and efficiently.William was friendly and polite and kept me informed of everything he was doing.Thanks for a great job.

I had been trying for over a year to tackle a problem with damp on a chimney breast in my bedroom. The house is Edwardian with a sloping state roof. The company I had been using had made several attempts to deal with it and after each visit the problem had been made worse. I contacted C&S Roofing Services to try and get help correcting the mess that had been made of the roof area around the chimney and the chimney lead work and I am extremely pleased with the results. Despite the fact that they very busy Shane made time to come and see the problem and subsequently prepared a detailed written quote for replacing the lead work and rescuing/replacing the slates. Shane clearly and honestly explained to me the details of the work needed and also the reasons why. The work was prompt scheduled in and carried out on the agreed date. All work was done to a very high standard and the costs were very reasonable. C&S Roofing Services certainly know their way a slate roof and have all the skills necessary. They are also pleasant to have around while they are working. All in all, it was a pleasure to deal with them and made a refreshing contrast to my previous experiences with local roofers. I have no hesitation in recommending C&S for any work on slate roofs and I will certainly use them again for any future work that may be needed.

After weeks of calling different companies and getting completely unreasonable quotes...we saw a C&S company van at our local shop one evening and knocked on the window to try our luck at finding someone to help us with our Aspestos roof that was leaking water and damaging all our belongings. We met Shane who couldn't have been anymore willing to help. He came to have a look the following day. Understanding our financial situation he worked with us to make it as affordable as he could. His staff came and worked in the pouring rain all day, removing our old roof and framing for the new one. They were really lovely, and went above and beyond. Had the conservatory roof replaced, internal ceiling plastered. Additionally a stud wall built and the dwarf walls plastered. All the guys were friendly and tidy and kept me informed as the job progressed. I’ve waited several months to post this to ensure there weren’t any teething issues and I’ve had no concerns at all. Our conservatory was cold, damp and a useless space in the winter. The conservatory has now been transformed into a useable , warm and light space. Far cheaper than an extension, but has the same effect, it is now a fully useable room. Highly recommend this company, very professional and trustworthy. They are very different to the other companies that deal with conservatory roofs. There is no hard sell, the quote is what it will cost, no extortionate prices that magically get reduced like other companies in this field. New roof in Ashley Heath. Have just had my bungalow reroofed by Scott's company . They did a fantastic job Reeve and his team were absolutely brilliant unfortunately my roof was in very a poor condition with rotten battens but they didn't moan they just got on with the job .
