We had so many bad experiences with builders leading to months of stress and strain on our family life that we wished we never did our extension - until we got Lee onboard. He's looked after and taken responsibility for areas way beyond the carpentry and tiling, correcting other builder's mistakes and fighting battles on our behalf. Without Lee, I don't know where we'd be right now. He and his team have a work ethic that I've never seen before on a building site. They turn up every day on time, they put in a solid day's work, and they leave you around 5pm with a clean site. Their work is to a really good standard, and Lee is constantly checking with me that I'm happy with it. Lee is a guy you rely on to not just do a good job, but he'll do it properly and make sure he can walk away knowing he'd be happy with it on his own house. He does not cut corners, and he doesn't mess people around. Very few people left in the industry with Lee's integrity, it's so rare. If we were building anything again, there's only one man I'd phone. I'd be happy to wait 18 months longer and pay 50% more to work with Lee on a project. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Lee and his team undertook a large building renovation on our 1930s property in Blean. The work involved a two storey extension to the side and large single floor rear extension as well as a new roof and structural work throughout the rest of the house. We originally chose Lee because he came across as trustworthy and easy to deal with, which thankfully continued throughout our project. As an engineer with particular attention to detail and with previous experience in building myself, it's fair to say I'm sure I wasn't always an easy customer 😀. Lee (and his team) dealt with this very well and I never felt not listened to and Lee always kept us involved in the process. He was always reachable, and if not always returned calls (which certainly isn't always a given these days!). Lee is very personable and made an effort with neighbours to ensure there were no issues. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend. Photos show unfinished as I had always planned to do the remaining work myself.
