Contacted Scott for a small job and was impressed by the quick response. He called to look at the work to be done and gave us a very reasonable price for the repair. I highly recommend Scott Miles roofing Ltd. From the outset Scott was very easy to work with. A group of professional roof specialists, who poured their all into bringing our roof up to an exceptional standard. We’ve noticed the difference in the warmth on our property, due to some new soffits, insulation, cementing of apex tiles, new grade 4 lead on chimneys, apex joins from different height roofs, bay window roofs, flashings, gutters and downpipes that work! Scott brought samples of suitable tiles, rainwater furniture options and posed other roofing options as well as submitted 3 estimates for 1) essential repair, 2) partial replacement and 3) complete replacement. Nothing was too much trouble, he kept me involved in decision making as the job progressed. Scott and the team were professional at all times, fitting around other trades or jobs that needed access, often arranging to return to finish after other trades had completed their works. We did go over the estimate for maintenance and upgrading of lead work and full replacement in certain compromised areas of rotten woodwork, but that was down to our choice and after full discussion exploring alternative options and additional costs, we made the decision to not skimp. Their scaffolder of choice was also accommodating to our extended needs. They are a hard working bunch of really lovely skilled workers. The lead work carried out by Reeve is close on an artisan finish and quality. Our surveyor put them as highly commended. The Roofing, which I thought would be our biggest concern and stress point on our major property refurb, turned out to be seamless and stress free. In spite of what felt like the wettest summer on record. 2024. If you use Scott Miles Roofing Ltd, treat the team well, with refreshments, kindness and gratitude, they deserve it. New roof in Ashley Heath. Have just had my bungalow reroofed by Scott's company . They did a fantastic job Reeve and his team were absolutely brilliant unfortunately my roof was in very a poor condition with rotten battens but they didn't moan they just got on with the job . From my first meeting with Scott through to completion you knew you were dealing with a very professional and competent company who finished the job in the 10 days quoted despite some very difficult weather conditions.If I ever needed any roofing work in the future I would not hesitate to use Scott and his team again if you are thinking of using them I promise you won't be disappointed

The Flat Roofing Company replaced our flat roof (of a 14-unit, 3-storey, block of flats in central Bournemouth) in July 2023. From the initial assessment of the job, in person, by Sam Bridgeway to the warranty handover on job completion, everything was done professionally. I must compliment Sam on his excellent customer relationship skills; he was very responsive to email communication, polite and kept us informed of progress and any delays all along the way. He chose excellent scaffolders (Ricketts) and his team of men were equally courteous and friendly. The work was carried out to a high standard, and we were impressed with the finished appearance. Of course, only time will tell if the job lives up to its 20-year warranty, but it is looking good at the moment! We would thoroughly recommend this company to any block of flats looking for a similar flat roof replacement/refurbishment. Five companies were invited to bid for this work, but it is only the Flat Roofing Company that gave us the confidence to proceed. They even identified aspects of the work that was not picked up by other estimators, thus providing a more thorough job.

After the previous flat roof installation wasn't constructed to regulations, had a leaking skylight, and was sagging/pooling - the property was certainly in need of some expertise to sort the problems out! Sam and his team managed to re-design the 4x flat roof areas with the required insulation and slopes to prevent pooling. The new skylight also makes a massive impact! The job wasn't without its challenges - but the team worked flawlessly to resolve every hurdle thrown at them. Highly recommended!

Matt, Danny & the rest of the team are true professionals & the most genuine, honest , friendly & down to earth people you could meet. I come across Matt Reeves after getting 10 quotes for a chimney repair. I had a few inconsistencies in the advice I got from other companies but Matt's knowledge was exemplary. I had a 40 minute conversation with him initially which was so helpful with his very technical knowledge and why in my situation on an old property it would be best to do a full removal instead of a repair which may have still caused leaks down the line. This saved me a potential fortune & Matt was very helpful & kept me in the loop with arrangements to get both my chimneys removed. Matt's team were very friendly, unfortunately I didn't get all their names but they were the nicest friendiest blokes you could deal with, very hard working and considerate with a great sense of humour. They were very mindful of the risk of rain as my roof was an awkward job due to its age and they decided to delay the job to avoid any risks to my property, everything was clearly explained comprehensively by Matt and Danny & I really felt like I was being looked after with my best interests at heart. Scott and Jon came to complete the last stage of getting the roof patched up after removal, again 2 very friendly blokes who were top notch & very professional & hard working like the rest of the team. Everything was cleared up and left neat and tidy, their scaffolders were also a nice team and erected the rig with no issues. The price for the job was also very competitive & ended up being one of the cheapest out of all my quotes. This is an exceptional company with outstanding communication, I highly recommend Reeves Roofing to anyone. I will use them again 100% guaranteed, their knowledge and expertise is second to none.

I don’t use this word often, but Matt and his team are outstanding. Each time I’ve used them, their work and advice has been carried out to the highest standard. Matt also happens to be a kind man with an honest outlook - he’s told me when work isn’t needed (and what to do instead.) His team are friendly, tidy and punctual.
