We had the most amazing roast dinner in The Black Horse (I was please that there were several veggie options)! Outstanding service and a wonderful friendly atmosphere. It is our second visit to this pub and we will definitely be back soon!
A lovely friendly country pub, manages to keep a traditional feel but offer a lovely modern menu with a few pub classics as well as some nice vegetarian options. Highly recommend!
Christmas dinner in a cosy warm environment with a great atmosphere. The food was top notch, sirloin cooked to perfection with all the usual trimmings 👌…. so good we came back Boxing Day 👍🏽 Would highly recommended if you’re in the area…. and if you’re not in the area it’s well worth the trip😁
A nice log burning fire made the pub welcoming. Food we had was amazing, fish was the biggest portion we have seen,made with a very crispy batter. Scotch eggs as stater were great. Nice size portion for dessert. Will definitely visit again.
Lovely lunch with our lively grandchildren and dog this was totally not a problem for the staff we were made so welcome from start to finish! Nothing too much trouble biscuits and water straight away for pooch and even Sunday lunch menu for her! The boys loved it made to feel very welcome and part of the lunch experience, food was excellent, warm cosy atmosphere all round, couldn't fault, will be back !!
