I highly recommend Nicola and her team they're amazing! Nicola has a unique and impressive teaching style. My son has looked forward to and enjoyed every session (even after a day at school!) which has built his confidence in sitting exams as well as broadening his understanding and knowledge vastly. This was excellent tutoring from a teacher who understands what is needed and how to help children achieve it. The best thing was that it was welcoming, encouraging and confidence building. My daughter actually really enjoyed the sessions. Nicola’s input has also really improved her performance in class. I would highly recommend.

Nicola at Forest 1st Tutoring managed to work wonders in getting our daughter up to speed in time for the 11+ exam. We left it very late in the day to start preparing and Nicola agreed to tutor across the summer term and summer holidays - primarily using group work with additional one-on-one sessions on top. The transformation in our daughter’s confidence and attainment was amazing. The tutoring would have been worthwhile regardless of the outcome as not only has she achieved a solid pass in the 11+, she has also been really well set up to make a happy and confident start to year 6.
