Highly recommended if your child has the ability and the potential to pass the 11+. The tuition is consistent and challenging. Homework is set regularly and checked - as a parent you have to take an active part in this. There are regular mini checks on progress and lots of opportunities to take part in 'practice' tests. The preparation for the actual 11+ is second to none, in my opinion. The amount of independent homework etc, is not for everyone. However both the tuition and the work does prepare children well for what to expect at secondary school. Remove personal aspirations and rose-tinted spectacles, and if your child is capable enough, StudyWrite will see them through it.

I loved my time at Studywrite. The teachers were wonderful and I learned so much whilst feeling challenged. Even though I’ve passed my 11+ I still miss the lovely staff, challenge and support and I hope to work there when I’m in year 8. James Bell Year 6

Review update 3. This is my final update to my Studywrite review. Daughter number 3 has hopefully secured a place at Grammar School and has progressed significantly whilst attending Studywrite. We can’t thank the team enough. The support that Studywrite has given us as a family has been fantastic. Mrs Queenan provided us with a lot of assistance in having my daughter number 2 assessed for dyslexia which has meant that she is now thriving at NHGS. My eldest daughter loved her time at Studywrite so much she has gone back to work with the team and help other students in achieving their goals. Review update 2 I need to update my review to thank the Studywrite team for getting daughter number 2 through the 11+ and securing a place at Grammar School. Again, she has enjoyed the tutoring which has improved her confidence and enabled her to take the exam and do so well.
