My daughter started seeing Damion in December after her mock result was a 2-. She’s just got her gcse results and achieved a 4! Damion is very patient especially when my daughter lacked confidence in maths, she said he explained things in a way she understood. Damion arrives very promptly with all the equipment they need in individual boxes numbered for each student. Damion regularly printed off past exam papers as ‘homework’ and went through her red/amber/greens with her to make sure she stayed on track. Really recommend Sum Maths!

Damian has been an invaluable part of my son’s EOTAS education for the past 4 years and at times I don’t know what we would have done without him. He has taken my son from not being engaged at all to actively enjoying lessons. He has taken time to understand him and how to get the best from him. We have now completed GCSEs and there was a time I didn’t think that would ever happen. I don’t hesitate in recommending Damian as a tutor. You would be lucky to have him.

He boosted my son's confidence and my son actually looked forward to his lessons with Damian. Damian is very professional, always available to help and went above and beyond the call of duty. I felt totally confident that with his help my son would pass his GCSE. He meets the child where they are, and is chatty and supportive. Definitely the best tutor we have ever met. His knowledge of his subject is second to none, and he had all the tools he needed to push my son on to obtain the grades he needed to pass.

What a wonderful tutor! Full of enthusiasm and energy. He is a natural and passionate teacher explaining complex mathematical formula in a simple language that was set just right for my child. He was incredibly knowledgeable and up to date with the curriculum and content of different exam boards. He would always give 100% in each and every session. Leaving homework and tailoring each session to the students requirements. We had sessions once a fortnight to facilitate our budget which Damian was more than happy to accommodate. Nothing was ever too much trouble. An incredible tutor who I would always feel comfortable with in our home!

Damian is a great tutor. He knows his stuff plus he made the Maths lessons engaging for my son who really does not like Maths! My son Floyd made great progress and was even sad when he had his last lesson! Thanks Damian.
