We contacted Choice Home Tutoring when it became apparent our son was struggling to get to grips with his Biology A-Level course. We were put in touch with Helen who from the outset was incredibly warm and encouraging and she kind of just demystified the subject for him! With her support and expertise, it all started to click into place and he actually achieved an A in his final results last month. Needless to say he was chuffed to bits!

We have used Choice for Maths and English tuition for GCSE. From the outset, it felt as if care had been taken to understand our needs and match the tutor specifically to us. Both tutors have been absolutely lovely and I have seen my daughter’s confidence grow significantly in both subjects. On top of that, all the administration around invoicing etc is also very efficient and accurate. I would definitely recommend Choice to others and will use them again in the future.

Choice Home Tutoring really made the difference as the tutors helped my son pass the 11+ exam and the entrance exam for Manchester Grammar School. At the beginning Jo made sure that we had a tutor that was compatible with our needs and as a result our son greatly benefitted from start to finish. I brought my son to First Class Learning when he was in his last year at high school, to help prepare for his English exams. What an amazing service they provide. Harriet and Molly were excellent and added extra time onto his lessons to make sure he was as prepared as he could be. They offered us an excellent service. I only wish I had taken up the service earlier in his learning, as it really has helped him focus and get prepared. Thanks so much to both of you for all your help and the extra time you put in. I can’t thank FCL Swinton enough for the confidence they have brought back to my son’s learning. My son can get very distracted at school but FCL have put provisions in place to help him stay focused and enjoy his tutoring time without him feeling “tied” to his desk. He is now ahead for his learning in maths and his school teachers have commented on how much more positive his attitude to learning is since he started at FCL. I’m kept constantly up to date with his progress and I love that the tutors will happily give me support in helping my son’s learning at home. My daughter Ella is in year 10 and after the pandemic was struggling to cope with her Maths at school. The First class learning Swinton team have really brought on her confidence with the subject. Ella has had such a wonderful experience here and looks forward to going every week. The staff are brilliant and so supportive. Helen and Jo have tutored my daughter for year 5 in preparation for 11+. They have instilled confidence and belief in her such that, whatever the outcome of the exam, she is a much stronger learner. Helen and her team are just wonderful. My daughter felt so supported throughout this entire 11+ journey/process. It is so much for a 10year to undertake but Helen and the team make it easy. The group sessions made tutoring fun and supportive. My daughter has made so lovely friends and hopes to see them again in the future. She felt prepared for the 11+, not only academically but emotionally. They are always only a text message away for any advice or support you need as a child or a parent going through the 11+. I have used and continue to use Learn North West for both my boys. We’ve done mock exams, summer school, dyslexia tuition and KS3 group sessions. All the team we have come into contact with have been really friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My daughter's aged 7 and 8 have been attending Chorlton Tuition Centre for over a year, twice per week and enjoy their sessions. Their tutors Charlotte and Rosanna have been brilliant with adapting to both my daughter's learning style which has meant fantastic results in their school exams. My daughter has been attending Chorlton Tuition Centre for the past 18 months. She had a lot of gaps in her learning following the pandemic/ lockdown and had lost a lot of confidence. Weekly tuition has really helped my daughter to catch up, and her confidence has grown. Charlotte is so lovely and patient, and my daughter really enjoys the sessions (she previously would do anything to avoid school work). We always get a handover from Charlotte at the end of the session so I know what my daughter has been working on and anything we as parents can do to help her at home. Aimee is an excellent tutor. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and personable. With her help my son obtained excellent GCSE results in English Literature, English Language and maths.
