Called JLH after a leak in my boiler when I came home from work. Having rang my regular plumber who was unable to help and a what can only be called a charlatan who wanted £200 call out before seeing the problem, I came across JLH - and I'm so glad I did. On the phone they were friendly and professional, and managed to work out the problem almost instantly! They came out first thing in the morning, messaging to let me know they were on the way just after 8am. James had the part required to hand and he was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. No large call out fees, just a reasonable charge for the part and the labour. Would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic service. James came out incredibly quickly to come fix our faulty boiler as we had no heating. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong and what was needed to be done to fix it. This is the 2nd time he has done for work for us and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
