I highly recommend Nelson. He has done emergency plumbing for me twice, once on a Sunday evening and once on a Saturday at 10pm. Both times he was with me very soon and left me with a functioning home. He is friendly, professional, efficient, thorough, does what he says he'll do - and more - , leaves everything tidy and does not overcharge.

Nelson turned up on time to provide a quote and discussed all aspects of the job. The quote was received within 48 hours and provided a description of the work to be undertaken and costs. Nelson agreed a date for the job and turned up on time. He was very polite and considerate of me and my home. Despite what other heating engineer had said . Nelson managed to get the heating cycle into the loft without any issues. His work is very neat and tidy . At the end he talked me through what he had done and how everything worked. A total pleasure to do business with , I would highly recommend his services and would definitely use him again. A great job done at a competitive price.

This is the second time we used Nelson’s services. He did a full boiler service for us last time. This time around he came out as an emergency on New Year’s Eve late afternoon to fix a very tricky leak that caused water damage to our ceiling. We feel indebted he sorted out our dripping ceiling on his day off. He’s always professional, good at communicating, and great at getting the job done. Highly recommended!
