I have been a tenant at my current address for 15 years, during which time Geoff and Sam from TCC Plumbing Heating and Gas, have been my yearly gas certificate/maintenance guys ( chosen by my landlord, who I would imagine, prefers to pay only once and get the job done properly ). Many years ago, they changed my outdated and worn out upstairs boiler, to a brilliant new one downstairs in the kitchen ( not an easy job, with all the pipework and drilling involved) and have maintained it ever since. They have always been polite, punctual and extremely efficient with their work - clearing up any mess they may have made whilst on the job. They have been today, for our yearly boiler date, insisted on wearing masks and kept their distance from me. They arrived on time, after first calling me to remind me of the appointment, got the job done quickly, and were professional yet approachable throughout. I know I have not personally contracted them, but would definitely do so, without any hesitation, should I ever need their services, and totally recommend them to anyone wanting a job well done.

We used TCC heating for the first time recently re our gas fire service. Two chaps attended on time and were very thorough checked everything we were more than pleased and would highly recommend them we live in Boston Spa.

I had a leak on my water cylinder. British Gas did not acknowledge the problem. Even though I was under a service contract. I contacted TCC and they diagnosed the problem straight away, they told me the part needed. I ordered it and they fitted it the day it came. Amazing service and highly recommend

I called Sam because my gas fire wouldn't light. I got an appointment promptly and he turned up on time and quickly diagnosed that the fire needed servicing. He did a brilliant job, fire dismantled and thoroughly cleaned. Sam brought covers to protect my furnishings.The fire now works as well as it did when it was new. Amazing value for money, exceptional service. Thank you Sam.

Tcc recently replaced my old central heating boiler (18 years old) with an eco Vaillant, which runs very quietly ,they were clean and tidy , considerate, explained why certain non boiler features affected the installation, and all within two weeks from first contact, also price competitive. Overall very satisfied
