I called in the AM with an issue & within an hour RND came and our boiler was back up and running! The job was done quickly and efficiently so we are very pleased, thank you!

Excellent service all round. I made an urgent call on a Sunday because of a trapped pigeon behind a gas fire. I was kept up to date on estimated time of arrival (which proved spot on). The engineer was polite and sympathetic throughout and work was meticulous including wiping down artificial 'coals' and overall testing of gas supply and provision of certificate. My kitchen tap broke and leaked water everywhere. I contacted Nirow for his help, I was very lucky he was able to come at short notice, complete with new tap, and fitted it for me. Very efficient, very polite and cleaned everything up after himself. I would definitely recommend his service, I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

My old water heater died on me after decades of service. A google search brought RND Plumbing and Heating up with its 5 star rating. Spoke to Nero who came out and assessed it and discussed the replacement. Arranged for the fitting. Both he and Christian turned up on time, fitted the replacement and timed the electrician and brickie to perfection. Nero took time to show me how to use the new water heater which works perfectly. I am very happy with the job they did and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new boiler etc.
