Mark and Jack were brilliant, responding swiftly to our call for help when the heating system recently packed up in this cold weather. Our oil fired boiler had stopped working after being away for a few days. After initial contact I had a callback during which they were able to direct me to getting the boiler working again. No callout needed and they followed up via text with a few other things to check. Very impressed!

Noton replaced our gas boiler and upgraded three rads in one day, just before the snow came. Friendly, polite, reliable, efficient, competent and tidy service from Tom and the team and very pragmatic advice....and the same price as the online faceless companies but with more flexibility. Much rather give our money to a local firm to keep for this sort of job than have the big firms cream off their percentage.

Lewis and his team were amazing!! Before and after photos explain themselves. Very thorough, were very careful with our home, taping carpets and protecting our furniture. Isolating work to certain rooms, shutting doors and dusty labour confined to outside or the bathroom. They were very respectful cleaned up after themselves every day and were prompt. We have had a very positive experience of First Point Plumbing on two separate jobs. Communication was excellent and everything was completed to our satisfaction. Those who did the work were punctual, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. We would certainly use the company again.

I gave First Point a call and left an answerphone message and within 15 minutes, I had a call back and an appointment organised. Lewis came around on the Wednesday. I got a quote that night with a couple of options, arranged for them to come on the next Monday, paid for the top of the range boiler on Friday and the lads arrived on the Monday and removed the 20+ year old boiler and moved the new boiler to it's new home under the staircase, freeing up vital room in the bathroom for a shower, once the previous work has been completed. It was mostly done in a day, with the only problem being our house is so old, that there was 4ft thick walls to drill through, which took a lot longer than they expected. I would happily recommend First Point Plumbing to anyone, as the service has been exemplary.

Excellent! Paul the plumber carried out the removal of our broken bathroom pedestal sink basin and replaced it with a new one. He was clearly highly experienced & completed the job quickly, efficiently, very neatly and also removed any debris & mess leaving the bathroom very clean and tidy. Paul was very polite, considerate, friendly and worked solidly without wasting any time.

Always find a prompt response from 247 plumbers. Called for a landlords gas check and was completed the same day. Have used them for all things plumbing related from fixing low boiler pressure to complete bathroom fitting and they’re always great to deal with and reasonably priced!

Absolutely fantastic!!! Spoke to the company at 10am explaining my boiler issue. they sent an engineer out (Joe) who was brilliant and explained what was needed. He replaced the PCB and we was back up and running by 1pm. Fast and efficient service! Highly recommend!

We recently had some work done at our first home and got several quotes from different plumbers. We chose this team because of their quick response and excellent reviews, and they didn’t disappoint. Everyone had a great attitude, and when we noticed a small radiator leak, they returned promptly the next day to fix it at no extra cost. I had an intermittent fault with my boiler causing it to fail occasionally obviously not easy to diagnose PPS engineers attended very quickly and had it sorted within an hour. Very reasonable charge too. I am a happy customer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend PPS Installations

I cannot recommend these people highly enough. After a consultation and quote from the manager, Dan, the team came a few days later and removed, under very difficult circumstances, an old Rayburn-fired gas central heating system and replaced it with a modern Combi-boiler. I was very impressed with all the lads and their level of expertise and professionalism and lack of fuss or mess. Well done to all concerned!!

Can't recommend this company highly enough. Ben explained all the options to me and explained what work was required to complete the job. He completed a full service, changing seals and igniter, all for a very fair price. He also followed up with a text to make sure everything was okay and that he would diarise when the next service is due in 12 months to remind us. 10/10

MB Plumbing did an excellent job replacing a boiler at very short notice. The new boiler was fitted the next working day without any fuss or mess. I was very pleased with the price and the new boiler is almost silent - well worth the investment. I feel extremely satisfied to have received the same high standards of work that would be expected from the likes of British Gas, with the same level of manufacturer's warranty, but with a more personal, honest touch and without the over-inflated prices. I wouldn't hesitate to use MB Plumbing again and would recommend highly to others.
