I have used ABW Heating in Cobham several times. The parking is easy and the shop is easy to find. I have been served by David on all occasions. It would be an understatement to say that he is helpful! David will offer sensible advice and put zero pressure on the customer to purchase items from ABW. I have bought several items which have fixed numerous issues with my boiler. The personal service, great friendly advice and decent stock of spares make ABW an absolute must to visit. I totally recommend ABW as a 5 star business.

Swift service and very fair pricing.

Had an issue with a toilet leaking, Hamish came by and was able to fix it quickly despite only having a small space to work with! 10/10 amazing work, very friendly and communicated everything he was doing! Definitely recommend!

Not only was he incredibly tidy (you wouldn’t have known he’d been apart from the pipe being fixed!), but he was also genuinely funny, making what could have been a stressful situation much more enjoyable. It’s not often you find a tradesperson who is both highly skilled and a pleasure to have around. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a top-notch plumber!

Shower started leaking at 2am, Hamish was there within half an hour and had sorted it within 20 minutes. Really pleased with the service.
