We had a really great experience with Ask. We decided to completely rip out our old bathroom and start again after the previous owner made such a poor job doing it himself. We didn't really know what to do but Gary was so patient with us and helped us make decisions, whilst also being honest about what wouldn't work with the space we had. The units and bathroom items are all great quality and we couldn't be happier with our new bathroom. I would highly recommend them.
I called the store as I was looking for a rather unusual plumbing item and spoke to Jamie who said that he'd never heard of the brand I was looking for and that I should try detaching the one I had and cleaning it to see if it would work. It did! Thank you Jamie, you saved me a few quid and an afternoon of trying to source something that I really didn't need. That's true trade service. Thank you Ask Plumbing and especially Jamie.
The staff are always happy to help and offer excellent customer service. The products are of good quality and on the one occasion where I had a problem the goods were returned without any fuss and a replacement delivered promptly.
I went in to ASK pretty fed up and left joyous. They made what was a mundane task so much more enjoyable and comfortable. To a man they were personable, helpful and an overall delight. Thank you ASK
