They fitted a boiler when they said they would and it was unfortunate that the existing motorised valve packed up a couple of hours after they left. However, they came back and sorted it out without issue. The area was left cleaned up and the old boiler was left for the scrap man (which disappeared the next morning)

APH were brilliant from start to finish. We needed a new boiler and Ed one of their guys came out to our house, went through various boilers and prices, he was very helpful and not pushy in the slightest. We had a think about it and decided to book in and got a slot within 2 days, 2 plumbers came out fast,friendly and very professional within 2 hours new boiler was in cleaned up after themselves. We cannot highly recommend this company enough with how good they have been. Also they were the cheapest around. Within half hour a courtesy call was made to thank us on prompt payment and ask if we were satisfied with the job and if the lads were great. Obviously they were. Even got a free calender🤣 happy days. Thanks to all APH for you work, will be using these guys again.

Just had an annual gas safety check last week and a new boiler installed today. The workmanship was completed to a high standard. Ivan and Oliver are both patient and nice, they answered all the questions we asked professionally. Not to mention the safety check completed by Ebony. Everyone we met is so helpful and brilliant. We are happy with the service. Would highly recommend.

Really helpful and quick turnaround time as had been without heating for 5 days when I contacted them. Overall fantastic service would definitely use again.

The initial home survey with Ed was very helpful. The company came highly recommended to me by family members and their neighbours. Unfortunately though, I've had to take off a star due to the two hour delay to the time the engineers were scheduled to install my new boiler. I was told they would be with me between 8.45 and 9.15. I rang the company at 9.30 to ask for an update when they hadn't turned up, but they could only tell me that the engineers probably had to get parts and would be on their way, but I wasn't given any time. It would be better if the engineers can provide an update on their scheduled arrival as I had to take time off work and they were two hours late, arriving at 10.45. Also my toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom was left broken! On a positive, the boiler is working and my house is lovely and warm!
