Andy is totally professional. His fault finding is second to none and his workmanship is probably the best I've seen,neat and tidy. Since we used him he has gained his Gas Safe and is now the complete package. Thanks Andy, for getting us out of a mess.

Stapleford Plumber We have used Andy now for the past 3 years, each and every time he turns up when he say's, he is smart polite and friendly. I will never forget the time i called at 10pm with a problem and Andy was there within 10 minutes to fix our broken radiators. You can't put a price on service like this.

We called Andy, The Plumber to install plumbing for a washing machine, a couple of outside taps and to swap kitchen taps for a mixer tap. Andy was easy to contact, courteous, responsive and flexible. He provided sound advice and accurate quote prior to the work. On the day, he turned up on time, his work was fast and to a very high standard. Overall, we are delighted by the workmanship and customer service and can wholeheartedly recommend Andy, The Plumber.

We first contacted Andy when we moved into our new home a couple of years ago and found a leak coming from the bathroom down to our kitchen ceiling. It was a Sunday, but he still came over and was so helpful. We always call him now whenever we need a plumber, he is super reliable and his charges are very reasonable. The latest job was fixing a leak coming from our hot water feed. Access was an issue due to poor design but Andy figured out a way which meant that we didn't have any re-tiling to do. Very efficient! He also replaced our old basin taps. We would highly recommend Andy to anyone! :)

Had Andy round because Boiler stopped working over the cold snap this February 2019. Everyone else on the phone wanted up to £100 just to come out and look, but Andy didn't. He found time within half an hour to come out to Ilkeston and we, not he, agreed that as the boiler was 15 plus yrs old it might be better to fit a new one. Great priced estimate,which he stuck to, even though he fitted a new drain valve as ours could not be found without making a mess and guesswork, free of charge. Took him a day, I got there the next and he'd already finished, boiler is great, got heat, and the old boiler and parts neatly tidied away and disposed of by Andy. How can it get any better than that.Andy does the job how you would like all tradesmen to do, but sadly don't . This guy is a keeper. We advise you to use him before others because he is a refreshing change, and good at what he is supposed to be good at.
