Matt fitted me a new boiler in my loft area, which involved a lot of pipe work, from the change from old boiler in the previous kitchen space, a new logic combi boiler with halo. Because Matt did this job in good time this meant I was able to push on with my kitchen upgrade. A quality job and again very happy with the finished result. Will use Matt again for all future plumbing work required. Matt also fitted my bathroom and did all the tiling work - and did a great job, the finished look I am very happy with. Not an easy task for the tiling, as I chose small Metro tiles, so there was a lot of work to do to get these on the wall and grouted. Again, extremely pleased with the finished result and look.

I spoke to Matt who was very helpful and knowledgeable and came out the same day to assess the issue, due to the boiler's age, a replacement was needed. Matt provided a quote (very reasonably priced) and prioritised our installation within a couple of weeks. professional, tidy, and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using again. Thanks also to Dave who fitted the new radiators we also had installed at the same time excellent service all round.

Excellent service provided by Gavin. Installed two new radiators and moved one of them. He turned up to quote when he said he would, quoted a very reasonable price a couple of days later. Fitted them , no mess, extremely friendly definitely would recommend without hesitation.

Great service came out same day to a broken boiler which was beyond repair. Said they could fit new next day which I couldn't do but came on second day & fitted new boiler in a day unfortunately there was a problem with the boiler.They came back next morning with a part for the boiler they had taken out of another new boiler. They fitted the part to make sure we had hot water over the weekend I could not have asked for better service Thank you

I have been using Heat Safe Gas Services to service and maintain the boiler and central heating system at my elderly mum's home for approximately 2 years. In this time I have found James to be friendly, polite, trustworthy, efficient and above all reliable. All his work has been carried out to a high standard and is reasonably priced. Ade and Jack have spent this week installing a walk-in shower. They were both very polite, approachable, and friendly. Time kerping was good, they arrived when exoected each day. The work they did was brilliant and to a very standard. Would 100% use again, and highly recommend.

We rang Ian as we wanted a local plumber to put the money back locally to them. We asked his availability to buy and fit a new bar shower fitting for my elderly mum. Ian’s response was quick, squeezing us in and he sorted out a time for the follow day and a few days later it was all done and a new mixer bar installed (the old one was leaking).
