So pleased to have found Greg. When we saw a rat in our garden we just wanted to find someone knowledgable to help. Greg has been fantastic ! Not only has he resolved our issue, he’s explained the causes and helped prevent return visitors. 100% recommended.

Called Greg to sort out a rodent problem, he came round and fully explained why and where they’re getting in and his plans to stop them and a very good one off price which included follow up visits until the problem was solved. When he was satisfied there were no more intruders he sealed up where they were getting in. Would 100% recommend Greg to anyone with unwanted intruders

I phoned Steve on Saturday afternoon and by Sunday afternoon he was on my doorstep. Looked like I had a mouse but may have already caught it in an existing trap. Steve checked all the loft and my adjoining garage for activity. There was very little evidence so he offered me some great free advice on how to continue to deal with them. Because the issue was possibly dealt with he refused to take any oayment, stating his advice is free of charge. I was amazed and very grateful as I’m a pensioner. Called late on a Friday afternoon to see if he could sort an issue in my loft. Came straight round and problem solved in less than half an hour. Couldn't recommend more.

Steven carried out a drains survey and did a thorough job. He also went beyond what he was hired for in terms of looking for the problem. Steve and his colleague was approachable and knowledgeable.

Faron was excellent; providing a fast response and finding the source of a rat issue! He quickly identified where they were coming in from (even though I’d been looking for months!) and laid bait and gave advice on how to prevent them coming in. Top marks!

After finding a number of dead wasps in my child’s bedroom, I found Faron online and he returned my call straight away and arranged to come round and inspect. He found a couple of old nests that were not active so with continued investigation, I spotted a wasp flying into a whole in the wall and then identified a new growing nest there. He treated it straight away. He was promptly, pleasant and professional.

Arrived same day to take a look at what I thought was a small wasps nest, turned out the was a much bigger one hiding in the loft! All dealt with within 30mins! Will definitely be back in contact for our honeybee removal spring next year. Thanks!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I sent a message quite late in the evening as my daughter was panicking with the amount of wasps in her room. Bryn promptly came the next day and dealt with the issue. Called Ultimate Pest Force to get rid of a bedbug problem one of our clients had. They managed to get rid of all the bedbugs without my client throwing away their beds etc. Me and my client are very happy with this company and would highly recommend them.
