Jack came around really quickly. And what a lovely helpful man. Had an enormous amount of knowledge about the rat problem I had. Also put me in touch with a really nice plumber who helped fix my toilet....the rats have not been back since Jack came...He is very reasonable aswell...I would highly recommend him.😊😊😊

We have just moved into our new home in December 2024. Within two days of moving in, we quickly learned that we had an insect infestation. The situation was so extreme, that one of my children needed antibiotics after the bites on his neck had become infected. Jack from Tracker Pest Control came out to our home and had a look in every room, thoroughly checking the skirtings, inside the cracks in the floor boards and in all the crooks and crevices. Jack was extremely polite and reassuring. He was sure to work out with us where we were getting bitten most and in what areas of the flat. Jack did the first fumigation within 24 hours of his first visit. And he came out to do the second fumigation within two weeks of the first. His assurance, perseverance and customer service has been truly fantastic. Jack’s excellent customer-centric approach had me feeling totally at ease and confident that we were being provided with the best possible service. It has meant a great deal to me and my children to have this pest situation under control, so that we’re now free to settle into our new home with peace of mind. Thank you very much Jack!! A problem with bees entering the house was quickly resolved without the need for a visit, leading to a reassured, happy customer. Much advice followed and no charge was made. Jack demonstrated how a business should be run. He is honest, professional and will only visit and charge if absolutely necessary. Refreshing.

Not entirely sure where to start to give Jack the credit her deserves! We were blown away by how incredible he was not just at resolving our Pest issue, but in the due diligence and care provided. The short version of the problem is we had Rats in the walls! Very loud and very invasive rats! We called jack and he was round within a few hours to do a preliminary check of the house/drains/garden etc. opting for the least invasive measures to start with which we wanted. Unfortunately not two nights later we actually saw one in our kitchen at around midnight! It’s one thing knowing they are in the walls but to know they had managed to get into the house was a different ball game. Once again we called, and Jack was round asap. This time we took measures further and pulled out all the appliances where we found two potential entry points, both of which Jack closed up with concrete! Next he spoke with our neighbours who agreed to let us lift up the fence posts to check the side of the house and thats where Jack found the entry point! I didn’t know how he saw it either as I didn’t which only shows how good he is at spotting all the signs to look for! He advised we inject poison in this particular area to kill/deter re-entry rather than concrete up at this stage as he didn’t want to risk blocking them in, and then advised once the noise dies down to come back and block it up for good which is exactly what happened! Issue sorted within a few weeks! The communication was spot on too more often than not Jack actually reached out to us to check in way more than we reached out to him! We have two autistic children and whilst we don’t expect preferential treatment in any way jack definitely seemed to understand the implications and looked after us more than we could ever have hoped for! Whilst I hope we never have to use him again, if we do I would’t ever go anywhere else than Jack at Tracker pest control as he is hands down the best in the area.

I had an issue where I could hear something in the wall, my neighbour recommended Jack. He responded to me very quickly and booked me in for a visit. When Jack visited he check all around my house for entry points and also the drain. He baited where necessary and came back the following week for a check up and can back a 3rd time to fit a flap in the drain to prevent further issues. A week later I heard another quieter noise in the loft and Jack was very quickly to come out investigate and solve this problem too, this was at no extra charge which is a testament to the service they provide.
