After finding evidence of rodent activity I searched online, read reviews and then contacted Chris at ProStop. He came out to the house, diagnosed the problem (thankfully quite minor), explained everything clearly, and put poison down in the most likely places. After three visits he was able to confirm that we are rodent-free. We now have peace of mind, and I'd be happy to recommend Chris.

Absolutely made up with Chris , he has sorted years worth of stress and worry with a rodent problem. We have had many companies out to tackle the issue in the loft but to no avail … chris came out and stopped the infestation getting worse whilst organising another company to find where they were getting into the property. All sorted fast and efficiently with a friendly service too. Honestly can’t thank him enough my disabled mum can sleep well!!

I had an outbreak of flies within my home, John was so helpful with initially giving tips rather than just taking my money immediately. As the outbreak continued he was able to come out to my house and was able to find the root of my problem. Along this gave me more useful tips and products to use in my home. I am officially fly free. John was very professional and very trustworthy, would strongly recommend.

I cannot recommend Deane enough! We had an issue with rats and Deane came regularly until the problem was solved. He was extremely polite, respectful when entering the house and was very knowledgeable, putting my mind at rest. A fantastic job at an excellent price. I rang Mark after discovering a mouse in our kitchen that our cat had got to. I was concerned there were further mice in the property. Mark was very helpful on the phone and suggested some things I could try to ascertain whether or not we had a problem. I chose to get Mark out to set up some bait stations. These were renewed after a week as there was evidence there was still an issue but since then they've been untouched. Thanks Mark for the prompt and good value service!

I had an issue I needed a professional to deal with and Mark was really prompt with his response, very knowledgeable and really helpful. We were worried that we might have a bed bug problem last week. I called Mark and he arrived to inspect the room the same day. He spent a good while completing a thorough inspection and set some traps just to be sure there was no infestation. Luckily it was a false alarm but Mark was great and I would certainly call him again for any pest problem and would recommend him to others.

Great having Jack around for the past month or so. He has been chosen by our landlord and has thoroughly checked our areas within the house to make sure there were no more signs of rats. Abs came round to quote for bird spike installation on the edge of my roof to deter pigeons. The lads came a few days later to install them. Nice neat job done. Abs from Manchester Exterminators came and did a thorough assessment of my problem with wild pigeons in the loft exactly when he said he would and quoted me a fair price. On the agreed work day, he and Adam turned up at the arranged time and observed social distancing while working as hard and as efficiently as could be imagined in such a dirty environment. They were polite, friendly and professional throughout. They laid out plastic in all areas of contact and thoroughly cleaned afterwards. A great service. Would highly recommend.
