I was so pleased with the removal of squirrels from my loft. The technician was professional, respectful and did a really good job. He fitted in with my complicated work pattern and, as a woman living on my own, I was glad of the DBS checks. I think Complete Pest Control Services are reasonably priced, given the level of service provided. Needed help dealing with rodents in the attic and decided to give CPC a call based on the reviews they have received. Within 48 hours Phil was on the scene - he's very professional and approachable and did a thorough job evaluating the situation and putting an action plan in place. He was also great at helping me work out what remedial work was needed to fix issues with roof, pointing etc. It felt like I had a friend helping me get things sorted and cannot speak highly enough of the service I received.

We’ve been suffering with feral pigeons under our solar panels for a couple of summers now, so searched the net and found CPC online as I wanted to use and support a local company, and I’m so glad I did. From initial contact with a lovely lady on the phone, Oliver promptly turned up and explained the best way to go forward, taking pictures followed by a quote. On the given day CPC turned up and pigeon-proofed the roof! It wasn’t the easiest of installs, but the guys had it done in a matter of hours showing great respect for my property, and I was very impressed with the result. After completion Oliver explained exactly what had been done. A top class service from a top class, local, firm.

A top class service. I had already contacted several companies who charged double that of West Country and who did not provide the prompt service I needed. West Country responded immediately and set about eradicating the wasps in quick time - useful because our roofers had just arrived and alerted me to the problem! Very prompt efficient service to sort out two wasps nests. Lee was very knowledgable and helpful. I had to call him out again to look at a third nest a couple of weeks later which turned out to be bees which I decided to leave alone, Lee didn’t charge for this call out and advice. Great local business, would thoroughly recommended.

Rang Lee in the morning. He arrived early afternoon, listened carefully about our wasp problem, didn't find any nest where I indicated, but he then walked our back garden boundary and found the nest causing the problem. Superb service, had an extremely quick response as to a query regarding a potential wasp nest u see a floor. A quick but thorougher investors to a decision being made to fumigate vi and air brick outside of the property and the wasp issues were resolved. They was even time given to show and tell different wasps to our grandchild which has made her more interested in wasps and bees and less concerned. I can decoy them enough. A**
