Ben has been absolutely brilliant! He was calm and reassuring on the phone during our initial call, offering his extensive knowledge and advice free of charge. He then came out promptly (despite it being the Christmas holidays) and was quickly able to confirm the source of our problem, putting a plan in place to resolve it. He came back for two further visits, and by the end of the final visit the problem was fully resolved (it’s now a week later and I can say it is definitely sorted!) He was very reasonably priced, extremely knowledgeable, and very reassuring. I would definitely recommend this family run business if you ever find yourself with a pest control problem.
Ben came out promptly and quickly identified a possible way that rats were getting into our cellar. A follow up visit with drain camera confirmed the issue. Reliable, trustworthy and reasonably priced. Can 100% recommend.
