We keep 3 backyard chickens and had been having frequent sightings of rats. Tim was efficient at identifying the areas most used by the rodents and treated these areas over a period of time in 3 visits. He was reliable, polite and effective and I would certainly contact him again if necessary.

We suspected uninvited guests in our attic but couldn’t find an entry point. Tim was polite, discreet, professional, COVID aware, and on top of all that, successfully tracked a possible access hole the rats may be using. In placing some poison, Tim was the first to consider our dog and ensured it was left where only the rats could get at it. He returned to check on any action on two further occasions before his final visit when he guided us on how to secure the entry hole. We’ve not heard any movement in our attic since but await colder weather as that seemed to be when we’d hear activity at night. Thanks in anticipation Tim.

Very professional service: I contacted iPest about our moth problem and they came round to assess that week. Then the week later they came round to treat our house. Tim also offered some advice on how to keep anything that returns at bay. Would highly recommend and I also found the price very reasonable.

We had a wasp nest in a hedge. Called pest detective he was with us by 8 am next morning. Explained fully what he was going to do . Carried out the work to a very high standard, very friendly and helpful chap would recommend this company to anyone.

Paul was great, very helpful with explaining the processes he uses and what to expect and to do before and after treatments. We had had the house fumigated upon moving in (with a different company) which clearly was not done properly so the pests did not actually go away. So I was very happy to have Paul treat the house properly and to have things explained to ensure this treatment works! Would highly recommend to anyone, very professional and knowledgeable.

We had a wasp problem which would potentially scupper some scaffolding and roof work. Dropped an email to RPC and George was back within the hour, and had a slot available that same day! Jacob promptly arrived at the agreed time, suited up, and dealt with the problem very quickly. Jacob was personable and professional! The work was guaranteed, so asked to call back in the next 48 hours if the wasps are still around. This is the second time we've used RPC -- their service is great. Excellent service. Within an hour of calling Urban Pest Control John had dealt with a wasps nest in the garden. There are no signs of any wasps now but it was reassuring to know that John would come back if needed and at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

Superb service, had an extremely quick response as to a query regarding a potential wasp nest u see a floor. A quick but thorougher investors to a decision being made to fumigate vi and air brick outside of the property and the wasp issues were resolved. They was even time given to show and tell different wasps to our grandchild which has made her more interested in wasps and bees and less concerned. I can decoy them enough. A**
